    I hit a deer the night of May 25, 2023 and the following day I took my car to ****'s ***************************** Shop for repairs. I started the process with my insurance company and left my car with the shop. Now, a month later, I'm being told by the shop that they will not work on my car until insurance pays them the price the shop set for repairs. This occurred after insurance told me the shop had accepted and deposited the check in the amount of $4,622.42.

    We are sorry that the customer has to go through this but it's not our fault as we are scheduling cars 3 months out . We did not schedule this car for repairs it was towed in without appointment. We tried to work with the insurance company to pay are shop rates unfortunately the insurance company won't respond back to our calls. We are sending the check back to the insurance company and the customer can pick their car and take it to another shop for repairs.
