  Washington Secretary of State business filing shows owner as ******* ******. **** claimed he is owner . Refused to work on my car due to being insured by ********. This is a small town and feel that this is discriminatory practice against other business such as ********. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in conversation with female Hispanic customer.

  So I did some damage to my car and my insurance company emailed me a website to people they work with in my area and this was the shop and the only shop on their list so that's where my car was taken long story short when they finally called me and told me my car was finished and ready to be picked up we got down there the paint did not match nothing on the front end lined up one of the headlights stuck out on the one side of the vehicle and it was inset really far on the other side and the fender stuck out the hood didn't shut properly the heater was still not fixed the camber was off on the front end alignment the tire was on inside out the $600 alignment that they had done had not been done several things that they said were done we're not done and they told me that the reason my paint didn't match and was orange peel this because the painter probably couldn't see that when he was doing it so we didn't accept the car and we seen it the next two weeks still parked in there bullpen out back so we stopped in to see what the progress was or what was going on and in doing so it was apparent to us somebody had driven the car ***************************************************************** my driver's door panel and they had done more damage to the vehicle in the rear and I didn't have any rear damage to begin with when they received the vehicle so we went inside and asked what was going on with the car since it had not been addressed since they said it was finished and it looked terrible and the gentleman laughed in our faces told us take the car if you want the car however it was not finished and we then told them that we would not pay them the deductible and we would not take the car because it was unsatisfactory after he left in our faces again we decided to leave at that point and ended up having a tow truck come get the car which they blocked in knowing the tow truck was coming. Very unprofessional people and very unsatisfied work extremely poor work..
