    I rented a room from them for Christmas Eve, but the smell was overwhelming and caused my partner to have an asthma attack. When I wen to the lodge to let them know I was shut down for getting my money back. The guy stated what there policy was and asked what was wrong. I told him my partner wont stay in there and he told me to call back Monday to speak to the manager. I did just that and was told the Manager would call me later this week to talk about it. Finally Thursday late afternoon I got a call from the very guy who told me to call back Monday and talk to the manager. He said I never told him anything about the room smelling and insisted that he tested the air for mold and there was no problem. I confronted him about lying to me then and there and I asked to speak to his Boss. He then put me through to a Gal named ****** she went over the policy I let her know I was aware of the policy but was hoping since my family has been going there for years. She firmly stated that her buisness changed hands in 2020 and she mad no attempt to even apologize for the fowl smelling room. It was the weirdest place I have ever had an exchange and her and the gentlemen both tried to blame me it because I didn't thee guy about the order in the first place. But imagine it was Christmas Eve and I was balling with disappointment when I told him we would not be staying.
