    As per Holy Lamb Organics return policy, I am entitled to a refund for return shipping of $31.29 from **** on September 28 2022. . They refused to honor their own policy and ignored my polite email asking for the return shipping refund. I was refunded $189.00 on october 5th, 2022 with no refund for return shipping, eventhough it clearly states in their policy that they honor return shipping. Especially for wrong items. The item sent to me was **** and not what I ordered. It was half as thin as advertized on their website and caused me severe neck pain. Attached are pictures of the wrong/thin pillow, the receipt for return shipping and there policy that states they will provide return shipping.

    While I am sorry to hear that this pillow caused this customer discomfort, our return policy states that products must be returned in "new unused original condition." In this situation, the product had been used or "tested" by the customer's statement before it was returned. We made an exception to our returns policy and issued a refund for the product itself. I am issuing a refund by check for the $31.29 in further exception to our stated policy to close out this complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The merchant's response is inconsistant with their own policy pertaining to my purchase which meets every single requirement of their policy.  Therefore, I am entitled to my money refunded for the purchase as well as the return shipping and there were no exceptions made.  This is a matter of policy and meeting requirements of policy, and has nothing to do with the companies personal exceptions or opinions.  Again their policy is attchatched to this complaint with *********; pictures of wrong unused brand new condition product with no stains and no hair and no bad smell from me like they tried to say in previous emails.  This flawless brand new condition of the product was documented at the *********** before during and after boxing and the box was tome stamped for validation.  Then, the perfect condition product was given to the post office in the time stamped box to be shipped out to the merchant in undenyable perfect condition.  The product was returned within the time frame of the policy.
