    Furniture was purchased on 3/17/23. I have yet to receive my purchase.

    **************** purchased custom built furniture on 3/15/23 in the amount of $8200. We attempted to deliver the items he has yet to receive on 2 different occasions, and they were refused by the customer.  On the day of purchase **************** was given a time frame of 14 weeks ETA give or take, to have these items built and shipped to us.  Unfortunately, these items have come in twice now and not been built to the specifications and finish preferences **************** requested.  On both occasions we reordered the entire bedroom set for him, but being custom built it takes another 14 weeks each time to build and ship to us. I do understand his frustration and we are doing everything in our power to have his items rushed. The pieces he is currently missing from his invoice account for about half the $8200 total which we offered to refund after the 1st set came in incorrect. Since his purchase, build and ship time alone accounts for about 10 months.  The last of the items have shipped  and we should be getting him taken care of soon.  We apologize for the drawn out wait time.

    I ordered a bed from Olympia ****************************** company when my 20+ year old rails broke. They talked me in to just ordering rails. After 6+ weeks, the workmen came and couldn't install. Very flimsy and too short. They were very rude and said call the store. ***** at the store apologized and agreed it was their error, they had a bed in stock. It would be there the following week December 20th. I called and called, never came and no return call. ***** at store said no record, no bed in stock, but charged me another $500 to get a bed ordered and delivered, even though the store was supposed to comp. When workmen came to set up, they use same flimsy rails. I asked if they would hold box Springs and king ********* They shrugged. They asked to borrow wood screws, since the rails weren't long enough. The minute I sat on the bed, it creaked and shifted. When my boyfriend layed down, it broke the first night. I have been leaving messages for weeks..this happened January 9th. Finally spoke to ***** January 17th. Promised to call me, and had a solution that he would deliver the next day. Never called, and I called the store. He's not working right now.

    I spoke to ************** on the original delivery day when the rails she purchased were not compatible with the existing bed. In an attempt to save the customer money our salesperson suggested just replacing the rails if possible. Once the rails only solution did not work, we had to place on order, the headboard and footboard, which is what the customer was in looking at originally (the complete bed).  The additional pieces to the bed still needed to be paid for, but we did not charge the customer an additional delivery fee. The headboard and footboard was in stock at the time at the vendors warehouse in ******, but it still needed to be ordered and paid for, to which I explained to ************** it could be taken care of  when those pieces came in, prior to delivery, $367 + tax = $401.86  The grand total ************** pd is $464 for the bedframe, $199 delivery and set up, and sales tax of $62.99 = $725.99

    We are not charging an additional delivery fee or anything like that, just the cost of the bed. We have since gone back out a 3rd time and given her a hi rise base at no cost and hauled away her box springs which were no longer needed.
