Solgen did a fantastic job installing my solar panels. Even when I had a problem with my gutters being knocked loose, they quickly came out and repaired them. They have been there for use every step of the way.Solgen Power LLC

Absolutely horrible experience. Wish I had never agreed to the initial appointment, as it was all downhill from there. My new power bill is a loan payment which is way more than my usual electric bill. Unable to get anyone from Solgen out to my house to fix the damages caused by the install. I currently have leaks that were caused from the panel installation, which I have been told will require a re-roof in the future. Stay away from this company!!!Solgen Power LLC

I had 2 people come to my door asking if I was interested in getting solar panels. The first person recommended I look over their website, which I did. Then 2 days later another person came by and I shared the website did not answer my questions and he suggested I set up an appointment to meet with someone and get my questions answered before committing. So I did. Today I was sent a confirmation text by **** and was told he was looking forward to answering my questions. I said I wanted to be clear that I had questions and we would not be committing to anything yet. To which he cancelled my appointment and said we literally run hundreds of appointments a week for people who want it now and to reach out when I was ready. How will I be ready to commit if no one answers my questions? This seems like a high pressure sales tactic to get people in who are unclear and it is highly manipulative. I do not recommend working with this company and have advised my neighbors to do the same. Honest companies do not operate in this manner.Solgen Power LLC

3 starsWe had a rough start with these guys after our panels were installed with communication problems, failed inspections, and times where we felt the right hand didnt know what the left was doing. However, now that our system is on, it seems like the people we have been working more closely with know how to address our concerns in a timely fashion. We are still waiting to see the result from the panels but to be fair it is winter so we havent produced much in terms of sunlight yet. Also we qualified for the 30 percent tax rebate as promised which was a nice benefit.
