I had an estimator come over here, Mr. ******* Went through the house on insulating and removal costs, but I have to have insulation tested for before they could do anything. Went through all the trouble of having test taken for asbestos and it came out negative. Called him back, sent them results, which were negative. Called back to see when he could remove insulation so I could continue with project. He said he couldnt do the job now, said they have new rules.I have a signed contract with him stating that he was going to do this job now hes not doing it. seems like Im grandfathered in with my contract. They need to do what they said. Also this is through PSE. So why should *** be a partner with them, when they pick and choose what they wanna do?

Insulation Northwest LLC was hired in August of 2022 to foam spray and fire proof my detached shop. Upon doing so, the foam was installed during the wrong temperatures and caused the fire proofing paint to run and cause damage to both my boat covers and garage door, it also created leaks that have yet to be fixed. I told ***** that I was uneasy paying the remaining portion of my bill until we knew the leaks were fixed, because it to them almost a year to address any issues I complained about. So instead of trying to resolve the issues they created, they put a lien on my house. I am hoping to resolve the issue with Insulation Northwest and get my shop fixed. I have more videos that show a better idea of the leaks that I cant upload.

I am rejecting this response because: They took almost a year to try and resolve the issue, then was demanding I pay them before anything was fixed. I still have leaks and damaged property and they are not even trying to reach out to resolve the issues. I feel that if I would have paid them before the issues were fixed, I would never see them again and now I feel like they are  claiming this is my problem. Why would they get a lawyer if all they need to do is fix the mistakes they made.

    Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: They never tried to resolve anything with me, all I want is for them to acknowledge that the spray foam was installed improperly and that they will fix the issues. It took them a year to even try and resolve anything and when they finally tried to fix the issues, it didn't work and I still have leaks. They also added extra cost to the lien paperwork from when they hired a third party person to inspect the spray foam. The third party person came out on a sunny day when it had not rained for months and tried convincing me that there wasn't anything wrong. Now that its raining, I did a infrared scan of my own and you can see where the water is coming through the foam.

    Sincerely,

A third party company inspected this property, and concluded that the services issues listed on this complaint are not due to the way the foam was applied at this property. Please see attached photo from report.

We can send a copy of the the inspection results separately. Site said the request entity was too large and will not allow us to attach it here

I am rejecting this response because:

The company that Insulation Northwest hired came out on a dry summer day when it hadn't rained in 4 months. The pictures attached are proof that there is a leak and its not moisture (I can send you more pictures and videos to prove my point). Insulation Northwest also never provided me with a lien disclosure prior to the start of work. Below is a timeline of the ** I have had to deal with and it is all documented.

10/28/2021 Insulation NW was on site, started out getting stuck in my yard then started the Spray Foam project.
10/29/2021 Insulation NW was on site to finish up.

11/02/2021 ***************** on site looking at the installation of the foam and issues that I had.
11/19/2021 Email from *********************** with Insulation Northwest talking about not collecting the final payment until all my issues are fixed.
11/23/2021 Made a payment of $4935.06 for half the contract amount for the shop building and a full payment of $2106.00 for the detached attic.
01/28/2022 A gentlemen from Insulation Northwest came out for Quality Control. (nothing happened)
03/04/2022 On site to fix issues in my detached Attic. (separate contract)
06/16/2022 A gentlemen from Insulation Northwest came out for Quality Control. (nothing happened)
09/14/2022 A gentlemen from Insulation Northwest came out for Quality Control. (nothing happened)
09/17-2022 Northwest Infrared LLC on site to do a moisture intrusion of my Shop (I didn't hire them). The report is inaccurate, the building has no ventilation, because Insulation Northwest told me they would create a full seal of the building and that it would stop all water from entering. The heater keeps the building at 55 degrees, and I run a dehumidifier to keep it below 50% humidity. I am not dealing with moisture; I am dealing with a leak in the roof as you can see in the pictures. (I can send you the pictures)
09/19/2022 started to text with ***** (Install Manager for Insulation Northwest)   There were days that went by that ***** tired to setup meetings and never followed up with me and for ***** to say he went months without hearing from me is **, I was out of town a couple days for work and on vacation and there was no communication from Insulation Northwest.
10/05/2022 On site to start fixing issues in the Shop
10/18/2022 - On going conversation with ***** about getting them back on site and last communication was ***** telling me that it was out of his hands and I was sent to collections only a month after they were last on site, now I feel like I am being bullied.

    Sincerely,
