    Run away. Worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with. Look ************ many things they don't disclose up front. Here are the highlights: - Can't reach any management over 4+ weeks "Owners are out of town"- Installer: "estimators write up insulating everything but often it is not needed"- Installer: "don't feel bad one of our guys spray insulated a home furnace and started a fire, the entire house almost burned down"- Their installers are not trained to actually determine any asbestos, or test it, or encapsulating it (spray cover it and remove it) they text a picture - Every step of the way there were "surprise" announcements that negatively impacted the customer, no disclosures up front on any items that could delay the project.

    One star is more than what they deserve. Insulation Northwest uses high pressure sales tactics, and bloated pricing. We had the misfortune of having them come give us a quote. I explained that we were having venting issues in our attic as well as some mold. I was told we needed to remove all the old insulation (wrong) and put in new insulation. They also couldn't do the mold but had another company that could do it. Apparently the person giving me this quote already sent pictures to this other company and gave them my number... uh, okay... Also they "free of charge" looked at my crawl space. Needless to say their quotes to totally redo all the insulation in my house was astronomical at $18,000! They never showed me a picture, or even explained why my insulation needed to be replaced. Also the other mold company wanted to charge me without even looking at my house $3000 for mold remediation. Seemed a little shady. I had two other quotes from other companies. Both companies were around the same price at $3500 and it included the mold remediation. Now to be fair, this was to add insulation to my attic only not remove and put all new in. It also included fixing the ventilation and removing the mold. Both of the other companies said there was nothing wrong with my original insulation and it didn't need to be replaced. I decided to add to it to increase the * value and bring it up to today's code.

    *********************. This guy is the worst. I just needed a simple attic installation. Him and his ***** (who both cannot speak English), had a massive language barrier. I would highly recommend staying away from this business. After multiple attempts of reaching out to management, nothing has been solved and it costed me thousands of dollars from this individual's language barrier. Not to mention these 2 were late by 2 hours to arrive at my place just to end up costing me so much money.
