I had a deeply troubling experience with Roof Top Techs LLC, a roofing contractor I hired to perform work on my residence. From the outset, the project was plagued with issues that escalated into serious violations of trust, contract terms, and professional standards.1. Material Misrepresentation The contract clearly specified a particular roofing material, but the contractor installed a different, inferior product without my consent. This constitutes a clear case of material fraud and misrepresentation, as the installed material does not match what was agreed upon.2. Substandard Workmanship and Code Violations Concerned about the quality of the installation, I hired a third-party inspector. The inspection revealed numerous code violations and poor workmanship. These deficiencies not only disqualify the roof from warranty coverage but also pose long-term structural risks to the property.3. Failure to Complete Work and Lack of Permit Despite repeated assurances, the contractor failed to complete the job within the agreed timeline. Additionally, no permit was ever requested or obtained for the work, which is a serious violation of local building regulations.4. Damages and Disruption The contractors negligence caused significant disruption to my life and property, including:Lost work time to manage the ongoing issues Complaints tenants due to delays and the mess left behind Emotional distress and frustration Additional out-of-pocket expenses for legal consultations, independent roof inspections, and repair estimates 5. Lack of Accountability Throughout this ordeal, the contractor ignored multiple written requests for documentation, including inspection reports, completion photos, and a final checklist. Instead of addressing the concerns, the contractor sent an email threatening to close the business.

**** and his crew provided superior, quality work insulating and sealing our attic. We were very impressed with their planning and execution every step of the way. We would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors..
