    Whichever Mr. ********************** branches we call in puget sound , it always those two reps ***** and **** picking up phone call, they refuse to help us, when we want to talk to upper management, or owner, they hang up our phone, and blocked **, but we called ********, ********, north *******, pullayup. Those two ladies keep telling lies, sometimes they said authorization codes not received, although manufacturer send them a day ago, and they changed their mind saying they just received it. Sometimes they said they are from *******, but we are calling **************** Anyway we need our vent hood fixed, please be professional. In additional without our permission, those two reps called Thermador to cancel the authorization codes which authorize third party to repair our unit. We called Thermador multiple times to retrieve those codes, and you are not helping us, but also cancelling the codes without our knowledge. This is beyond what a business would do. I hope the owner see the review and contact us. Thank you.
