    SCAM! I paid 180$ for the 7 day Toxin RID. I followed the directions exactly and tested positive 3 different times. To request a refund you need proof from lab that you tested positive. Isn't this why I did the Toxin RID and home test? Why would I go get tested when I know I will test positive.The pills were vial.

    The manufacturer requires documentation of a failed test for a refund. The customer was advised to contact a lab and make their own appointment for a lab test, but they have also been offered further assistance to meet their detox goals. The customer mentioned contacting a lawyer and threatened legal action if they are not refunded.

    The manufacturer is advising the customer to follow the instructions on the detox container to submit the failed documentation for a refund or to reach out for further assistance. We spoke to the customer on Wednesday and tried to help, however, she kept threatening her lawyer and that her family is a lawyer and she doesn't need to worry about legal fees. Customer was not willing to work with us, she wanted to threaten rather than work on a viable solution. 

    Quoting the customer's last email:

    "I have been in contact with my lawyer. He is waiting to see the f you refund me before this becomes a legal matter. My family member is a lawyer so legal fees is not a concern to me."

    The selection of products is great. I have never had an inventory issue. Shipping is always out the same day, and I have never received a shipment past the expected date, it's actually sometimes before. Great company that has received a lifetime customer.

    Ordered the urine test kit from TestClear and received it in about 3 days. Very clear instructions and easy to understand. Mixed the powder with room temperature water and shook it in the vial. Placed a temperature strip on the front of the vial (where the mL markings are). Then I placed the warmer with adhesive stripe on the opposite site of the vial from the temp strip. Stashed in my underwear, went to the testing center and poured it into the cup. Temp was > 100 so I blew on the sample for about 30 seconds and it cooled to 96. Passed the test with ease. Would highly recommend this product.
