Horrible place to work. Was there for 5 years not one offer to grow with the company until I advocated for myself. The general manager is the HR manager as well and she suffers from a massive ego complex and instead of making any logical decisions chooses to react off of emotion's instead. They say they value loyalty but have not done one thing to prove or show that it is valued. The actual owner of the company doesn't care about the company either and will choose to talk about any employee they have a problem with rather then to address it with that individual. Do not use or work for this company.

This is a past employee who did not follow the policy and procedures during his employment.  He was on probation and was on the verge of being fired before he voluntarily resigned.  His lack of care for our customers caused customer complaints.  His poor performance and negligence while working at one of our major commercial accounts could have lead to fines to the company.

I wish I had read this first. I just used zerorez to clean and sanitize(kill mold) in my air ducts. They were in bad shape inside. The fellow came out and did a cleaning. After he left I thought to look into the ducts with my cellphone expecting clean airducts. What I found was caked on dirt, grime and mold still in the vents along with loose push pins, a rubberband and various other small crumblike pieces of stuff. Yes they sprayed something in the vents that supposedly killed the still visible mold for now, but the tech said it would regrow after a few months. What!?! I texted after photos to the office when they emailed me to review their work.?? They contacted their tech and then told me that he got out what he could and that that was the best he could do. Maybe that is so. I dont know, but their advertising stated otherwise. So I basically wasted my $400. I am trying to get either someone who knows what they are do to either clean the ductwork or replace it. On a fixed income and this has really put me in a bind.NOT HAPPY.************** 9/12/23

Bought a newer 8 month old house. Had carpets cleaned as new owners. Zerorez was hired to clean the carpets. Have receipt. Moved from out of State and did first vacuum. Completely filled the vacuum canister with filth. Its like the came saw the house empty and left. Stay away from these folks. I have the evidence and photos.
