Honesty, integrity and a commitment to getting the job done right - that is what DryWorx delivered for us when we needed mold abatement for our attic space after a routine inspection for a new roof revealed mold in our attic. From the first assessment to the final wrap-up, the people at DryWorx remained in close communication with us, followed through on timelines and expanded the job scope - at their cost - when additional remediation and necessary repairs were discovered during demolition. Unfortunately, our problems coincided with the holiday season (2024) which complicated the job but DryWorx remained committed to the agreed upon timeline and brought in extra crews working extended hours - including weekends - to make sure the job was completed as agreed. Our experience with DryWorx cemented our belief that honest and skilled professionals can and do create companies that put customers first - companies that demonstrate those values and qualities even when it is difficult and costly to them. We have recommended DryWorx to our neighbors and will continue to do so because DryWorx demonstrated to us that honesty, integrity and professionalism are the core values of their owners and employees.
