    Ordered clientbirthday.com software. The download did not execute and the phone number available for customer service was not in existence so I was only able to communicate via email. The phone number is the same listed here on the BBB.org.The unfriendly email representative who wasn't able to solve the issues mentioned a refund would not be processed. No phone was provided so I am leaving this on the BBB.org website and having my credit card dispute the charge.
