    Very bad experience with The Best BLS. I booked a specific time for the the online/virtual BLS then later to find out that's just how I purchase the class but there isn't actually an appointment for that time. They told me to wait to receive the *** course work and upon completing this the instructor would reach out and book the Zoom for the instruction. That made sense but was very misleading as the website says none of this. It has been 6 days since I completed the online course work and emailed them the receipt and no one has contacted me to schedule the zoom training porion of the class. I was under the impression I was paying for a class at a specific time and it's been almost a full week and nothing. Thank goodness I was able to get certified by a reliable company the next day. I reached out to be refunded for the instructor part (willing to pay for the *** course work) and no one has returned my email in 26 hours. DO NOT recommend.

    I can't recommend this group enough! I don't have the flexibility of taking a whole day off for BLS, so I was thrilled to find this online option! I see the other reviews mention paying two separate fees. This was stated clearly on their website when I enrolled and it was easy. *** was professional, efficient, and responsive. *** responded quickly to all of my inquiries. I will continue to use this group and have convinced my husband to use them as well! Thank you gentlemen for your help!

    I wish I wouldve read the other review here before buying. Its an absolute scam and very misleading. They charged $75 so I thought that it included everything. They sent me the online course (which is $32 on the **** and THEN said I needed to pay an ADDITIONAL $75 to be sent a whole kit in the mail just to send it back. There was absolutely no mention of this extra $75 charge on their website. They refuse to offer any sort of refund after I told them Im not paying the extra $75. I contacted the *** and they basically said these training centers are allowed to charge whatever they want. But the *** said they could offer a partial refund, so I will be going through them.This company needs to do better. Just charge $150 up front so people understand the costs, dont throw hidden fees in the small print. Shame on you for taking advantage of people who need this training.
