      I ordered a product (Snuggle Fabric Softener about a month at a low price, They have been selling this item at 3 times the amount, but can not seem to full fill my order. I've called customer service with no help, they are limited in what they can say overseas. What I love about Amazon is that I can get items without going to stores, but it is the principle of the business that bothers me, if it wants to be a reputable company it should honor the client, not fraud them. This is such a sad way to treat the customers that have continued to purchase their items, and paid to do so every year... (we paid to purchase their items) I think I'd rather wait a couple of days and order at ******* without having to pay to belong to a dishonest company.

      My package was never delivered and they gave me the runaround. I'm out almost a hundred dollars. And they were rude.

      Too many five star controlled reviews. Have been having issues publishing anything less than a 4 star review lately. Once the maximum capacity of percentage of reviews has been reached for 1, 2, 3, and 4 star reviews they refuse to let other people post negative reviews. If you have a string of bad products you are not allowed to post negative reviews. And my account has been blocked from being able to post many honest reviews. The only reviews that seem to get through are 5 stars. Too many times I've had to leave my reviews in the comments section because amazon too heavily controls their reviews making products seem better than they are. This falsely leads consumers into buying products only to later find out it's garbage. As I've done on occasion. This leads consumers into buying falsely over glorified products based on only 5 star reviews. I also can't tell you how many of these reviews are paid reviews by consumers to glorify the product. Even the professional reviewers that leave videos it's pretty obvious.Amazon really needs to have a wider range of reviews allowed through not just 4 or 5 star reviews.

      I woke up to a purchase being made on my Amazon account overnight on an echo dot that I do not have. Glitch , fraud, security issues I have no idea but by calling a representative and explaining I was told that there was nothing they can do, that (although ordered overnight) it managed to already be in transit. (By 8 am my time so post offices not even open) they also refused to secure my account in any way. When I asked them to close my account on the basis of security for a $100 purchase I did not make,they said if I closed it,I couldn't get a refund. Beware people! Of items purchased on echo dots,even if you don't have one!I'm done with Amazon as soon as I get this item back.

      Amazon contracts third party delivery services that cannot tell the difference between a 1 and a 4. Unfortunately, this means that my delivery was dropped at the wrong location and subsequently pilfered. I am not going to confront the thief because times are tough, but I think Amazon can spare $75... after all, they are partially responsible. Their policy for items THEY sell - not a third party - is 10x worse than the return/refund policy for small-business with storefronts on their site. How lovely was the customer service representative for telling me that it's my fault for ordering to a non-secure location. You mean my house?? That has a keypad to even get into the hall? BFFR.

      I purchased a pressure cooker that I no longer wanted. I returned it quite late after the return policy. The employee that created my label did not inform Amazon would take a restocking fee for the product. They charged me an INSANE amount. if I had knew before I wouldnt even have returned the product, the seller was NOT cooperative and neither was the specialty team. They are so ridiculous and rude and didnt even bother helping me. Their Indians reps are COMPLETE GARBAGE. they dont even know what they are doing half of the time. These Indians are complete piece of shi** running all over Amazon. Makes my blood boil.

      I ordered almost $150 worth of dog food back on April 12th, with expected 2-day delivery. As of today, April 19th I have still not received my order. My dogs is now completely out of food and this is the only food he eats. They first pushed my date back to the 18th, and now its not expected until tomorrow. This is ridiculous. I checked the tracking and its been jus been sitting in the next town over since the 13th!

      This company does nothing but drop shipping so they're saying garbage that isn't even what they say it is Amazon has no regard for what they sell on their website anymore it is a terrible terrible place to be a consumer and just wait till you have to return something

      Twice a month I get charged $16.19 and everytime I call and give card number charged they never have a answer
