I have tried live chat several times, and calling their customer service. The reps just repeat over and over again sorry this is a one time nothing we can do??!! and they hang up the phone on me even when requesting a supervisor. The amazon driver was caught on the video in my building at the time of delivery with a small package that was not mine dropped off that package and then was seen in the elevator on camera stop at another floor that was not mine with no packages on his person. He stayed in the elevator typing in something on his device and this was the exact time that it says my package was handed directly to a resident! The amazon driver shortly after this immediately exited the building. This is theft and it was caught on camera. This was my son's birthday gift that he had been saving money for. I have a prime account and have been faithful to amazon for over a decade. With the trillions of dollars Amazon makes you would think with insurance and all that they would take into account hacking, theft, and human error and not to simply wash their hands because on their end they think a security code works and is very secure. My view of Amazon has completely changed and I will continue to file complaints against them and contact several news stations to open an investigation. Take responsibility. People have better things to do than to repeatedly contact customer service for no reason. My next steps will be making a police report because this is theft.

Trying to get help is becoming a thing of the past. The first thing that goes when companies are cutting back is customer service. They have already shrunk the product then charged more for it post covid do where else can they cut? I was an avid Amazon customer. Not anymore. I closed my ********************** account and I'm done. I will never use Prime again

I purchase a vest from a vendor MIR VEST IN ********** . I want the buyer to aware that the vest I received was a damaged used vest .I contacted amazon A to Z filed a complaint and it was denied several times . I had to Contact the Attorney General Consumer Affairs complaining about both MIR VESTS AND AMAZON . My next step was to respond to the last denial from Amazon I email a picture with the legal documents from the Attorney General in 10 mins my A TO Z WAS APPROVED and a 1/2 hour later MIR responded to the Attorney General trying to get there vest back I told them send out 3 labels so I can ship it back the way they shipped in in three boxes . It took a lot of work to get Justice AMAZON CANNOT BE TRUSTED AT ALL !

**************** is terrible, deliveries are always late. Your prime membership does mean anything except them getting your money. Amazon is a terrible company to deal with.

Worst customer service! They refused to exchange the $200 doll I purchased for my daughter. So I was refunded on a gift card. Repurchased doll for more money. Doll broke again and returned. They no longer have the doll available to repurchase and they are refusing to refund my original payment. Saying it will be on a gift card. I need another doll as it was a gift from Santa for my daughter and its being fixed at the workshop. I dont want a gift card I want to purchase a new doll for my daughter!

I ordered a trijicon sro from an Amazon 3rd party seller. I was sold a fake! I immediately asked for a return label, sent the product back. And received a **** refund. Stating I returned a wrong product and that wasn't what was sent. I have contacted Amazon about this issue and they have done just about nothing to help me.

Amazon has started using private contract delivery people in my very rural area of ********. We now have a different stranger at our house with every delivery. They are in their private cars which are not identified as an Amazon vehicle in any way. They can't follow the directions and orders are late or they drive through our property to the barn. Driver's have shown up with babies in car seats and packages strewn all over the car. Delivery men have walked all around our house looking for the door? late in the evening. We now have had two home robberies on our road which makes us extra uncomfortable with so many strangers at our homes. When I tried to contact amazon about this it was an ordeal and then they were not helpful.. They said, I had to have specific dates and information about an incident to complain. I couldn't complain about a change in delivery policy that is a security problem for homeowners. They were no help at all.

Prime has been late with almost half my orders this year. They have been lying about prime delivery dates. Amazon has taken my money (about $100) and not shipped my prime item. It was a 2 day shipping and five days later it has still not shipped. **************** won't cancel the item. They won't refund my money. They have no resolution to these issues and are just stealing my money. What's the point of paying for prime. When 2 day prime items cost more anyway...

Terrible and arrogant company. They don't care if you have been prime member for 8 years and would close your account without giving specific details. They don't care you have all photos stored in Amazon photo and now lose all the access. They just close your account and forfeit all your amazon giftcard balance. This is such a shady practice, especially on a long time prime member!!!

Ive enjoyed the convenience and low prices of Amazon by shown by my loyalty subscribing to Prime since approximately 2010. Shipping times used to be accurate and customer service was excellent. However, recently they seem to be prioritizing other goals while they err on the side of unreliable and unethical. Least of my concerns, although deceptive, are the increasingly erratic and unreliable shipping times (it now seems acceptable for Amazon and/or their sellers to coerce customers into buying items with faster delivery only for said item to arrive late by several days to 1-3 weeks this does not include items with estimated arrival times). Most importantly, today I was ambushed with 6 letters from a collection agency named TRS. It is pertinent to note that I had not received any notices from Amazon regarding any overdue payments. Further, Ive paid and received many items from Amazon since receiving one today. *** said my account was supposed to be suspended in March and Amazon claimed to have sent several letters regarding these unpaid purchases. They could not identify which items had not been paid for nor were these collection letters supposed to be the first round of invoices I received. Yet they were and no one had any answers for me. Their theory: someone failed to charge my card for products ordered (and received!!). I use a card that consistently had plenty of money to pay for the $85 in purchases made. For each item, they demand a $25 late payment fee for EACH of the 6 items.
