      Amazon is stealing money from their customers. I ordered AR glasses in Feb and returned them two days later on Feb 13th and they still have not refunded me. They have the glasses and have confirmed that but they wont update online and keep extending the refund date even though their website says 30 days. Almost $500 and they have yet r respond to me or to my complaint on the BBB! U order stuff and it never arrives because they let scammers sell on their Marketplace. Then they delay the refund and make it hard by hiring customer service representatives out of the country that do not speak any Understandable English, and they are often downright rude! When I FINALLY get my money back Im going to join the inevitable pending class lawsuit that Americans will file when finally enough people stand up to this insanity!

      Horrible service now. Have not received a purchase for a month now and I just get the runaround on the website that leads me back the the same page. At a joke. There has always been issues with orders, but they would take care of it. Now they are now so what is the point. Go to the store and buy your items. At least you know what you are getting and that you will actually have it.

      I was buying some items on amazon and I had to reach a price of $25.00 or more for free shipping. I spent enough to get free shipping, but I ended up with prime service. I tried for an hour to get removed from the prime service but I am going in circles. I will call tomorrow and try to get this resolved. These guys seem like used car salesman from the 60's. Liars and thieves.

      I have prime, this allows you to ha e same day delivery and two day delivery... the past orders I have had the delivery has been delayed for u known reasons even though they were an hour away or in actual transit. It is a waste to pay for a prime subscription if we are not being given the two-day delivery as promised. That's false advertising and when searching I saw Amazon is being handle a class action lawsuit - maybe work better at your company instead of lying to your consumers.

      I really wished this BBB site gave an option of "zero" stars. One star is too, many.Amazon representatives have confirmed my subscription was cancelledmonths ago. But they keep taking monthly payments from my account. I've been credited for last three months and was told they would not take anything out for April 2023. But they lied. Again, they took out payment. I called Amazon customer service to complain and get refund and it was a hassle. At the end I had to call my bank to file a complaint against Amazon and to stop all future payments. The bank did return my funds but Amazon was the one that was negligent.

      I called to update my phone number and I felt totally harassed. I had to give the standard info: name, address and last four of card info. Then the rep proceeded to ask for the last 3 purchased items. I had not purchased 3 items only two unless you included the prime fee. Then the rep wanted the tracking number from my bank to verify the purchase before he would update my account. As you can imagine I am now fit to be hog tied. Keep in mind this is more than enough to request a phone number change. Now, the question is why should I continue to business with a company that treats its customers like this?

      The quality of products sold on Amazon.com has significantly decreased and Amazon.com is becoming much less helpful in addressing the issue. I frequently notice that clothing, hardware, tools, kitchenware, and other items that I purchase on Amazon break or fall apart with days or weeks after purchasing them. Amazon.com **************** is less and less helpful.

      Amazons **************** E-gift cards ********************** is getting pretty famous for selling e-gift cards with no money on them and when you call their customer service you get a person you cant understand at all because they cant speak English. When you talk to one of these people they tell you they cant issue you a refund nor can they send you a card that is good, they want to tell you a line of c*** and tell you they reported it to someone else who will get in touch with you in 24 to 48 hours. Well you never hear from anyone so you call back never getting the person you originally spoke to the first time it is always someone different, then you have to go through the same bull c*** all over again and never get a new good gift card nor a refund of your money, they just want to play kick the can down the road just to get you off the phone. Well until you make one mad then they send you a email saying everything but coming right out and saying that you took the money from the card and told them it was no good.Well I am here to say Amazon has done me this way several times and I have reported it without any results but never have they deliberately accused me of being the thief without deliberately saying it. So now Ill come on the reviews to let other people know that Amazon does this fluently and they are not for one second going to make good on a gift card or anything else you may have a problem with.
