      I bought a laptop from Amazon, the laptop was defective, they asked us to return and provided label, but refusing to pay refund. AMAZON ******* IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . THEY ARE THIEVES AND UNPROFESSIONAL> AVOID AMAZON AT ANY COST.I THINK THE FEDERAL POLICE SHOULD TAKE ACTION.RETURN MONEY YOU OWE THIEVES.

      Amazon delivery dates are bait and switch false advertisment. The screen reads a certain date promised, then when you order, they send you a confirmation with a new later date. It has happened numerous times over the last two years.

      I have 5 echo dots and my internet changed. Tech told me I could not change the internet address and password on the devices and need to have a tech do it which would take 30 minutes and cost $100. Why should I have to pay for a simple change like a new internet connection? Horrible customer service and always trying to get more money.

      I returned an item I had ordered on April 6th. The next day I got an email saying my refund was issued for said item and it would be on my original payment method in 2-5 days. Its not 5 business days today so I contacted the bank and they told that the refund was never issued by the merchant (Amazon). I contacted Amazon again about it and was treated probably the worst Ive ever been by any customer service representative. He told me the email saying it was issued was proof I got my refund. He wouldnt let me send him any of the chats I had with Apple Pay regarding not actually receiving it. He said we provided the proof what else can I do for you? Like assuming Im lying? Its $38.15 and he suggested doing a charge back on the card. I returned the item and I demand a refund. Thats literally stealing from me!! And he just didnt seem to care or look into it for me. Disgusting behavior.

      Been waiting on a order that I purchased over a week ago, still not received the package been told several times that it should be delivered by April the 11 after many calls was told that will get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Would not give any stars if I could.

      Amazon.com authorizes use of my credit card but when calling to get information on who placed the orders no one can help because I do not have an amazon account. So they can not help me with the purchases that were placed on my card but has no problem taking money from my card. Without an amazon account you can not get any help. Make it make sense. **************** is supposed to be able to HELP but not at amazon.com. The rep told me maybe someone in your family used your card maybe you should speak with them first. SERIOUSLY!!!! some customer service ****************** has working for them. With the billions of dollars amazon has their customer service department needs to be re-evaluated. We all heard of hackers correct. AMAZON.COM you MUST DO BETTER at helping customers. DO NOT JUST SHRUG US OFF.

      For years amazon delivery has failed to deliver on time on 90% of my orders. Out of the 90%, half of those were also damaged. Their customer service lie about delivery dates, lie about lying about delivery and still miss late delivery dates. They take info, say they're escalating it and that it will never happen again, but it only gets worse.

      Over several years I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing music. Now Amazon wants to charge me $9.00 a month to play my own play lists and purchased songs how I choose. I already pay the yearly fee for prime. This is not first so called perk that was offered thru prime that they have taken away or decided to charge extra for in order to continue using! I will be discontinuing my membership, no longer order from amazon, and my ***** will be dropped into the garbage.
