We don't make enough money on the website as a seller. We even have to pay for business insurance which makes no sense because we have no items listed. Insurance through the Amazon sponsored partner is well over $100.00. And we have to pay $40.00 a month every month just to have our items shown to the customers or else they will not buy it if they cannot see it as Amazon actively hides our items if we refuse to pay up. There are packaging fees, sales fees, item fees, storage fees, sales tax fees, refund fees, fees for everything you can imagine. There are no policies to protect you from fake claims being filed against your seller account by other sellers and fake customers who are actually employees of other seller accounts. Any seller is allowed to take legal action against you as Amazon believes any lies they are told by other sellers. Your invoices to prove your items are authentic are automatically rejected. Chinese sellers can hijack your listings and change it into a totally different listing, selling an item you may never even heard of. Chinese sellers can also provide Amazon with fake documents and take over your brand in the brand registry. Chinese sellers are also constantly trying to copyright the brand "Generic" so they can take over 50% of the listings on the marketplace. It's happened before. Customers get their items and their money back with just a single complaint to Amazon, which means us sellers just lost our products and money made from the sale (which is less than $1.00 per transaction). This is essentially theft which Amazon is actively promoting. Our items are never returned to us when customers demand a refund. Some customers demand a refund 12 months after they bought an item and Amazon refunds them with a smile on their face as they pull it out of our nonexistent funds. Seller support is a joke, just copy and pasted form letters. Seller forums is now dangerous because your store name is displayed so other sellers know who to attack.

One of the biggest reasons I kept Prime was because I could "earn back" some of my cost by opting into slower shipping, but recently I noticed that credits never seemed to be applied after I had a balance of $15. The shipping screen would tell me that I would get $1.50 or whatever, but it would never actually show up. Either offer it, or don't; I don't like having to chase down things and feeling ripped off. If you say you're going to give me credit, I shouldn't have to double check the worlds largest online retailer. Getting to a customer service rep is a maze of AI ******** wasn't using all the new "benefits" driving the cost up any way. All having Prime really does is drive me to overspend on cheap junk because fake reviews. Also, subscribe & save is a subscription SCAM. Today I saw that I was charged MORE AFTER the "5% discount" than are charging for a one-time purchase on energy drinks. If you watch, subscription items will often magically go up in price right before they ship, then down again right after. Getting ripped off is not worth the "convenience".

I wouldn't give 1 star, I ordered on Amazon and my package never made it. I called customer support 7 times in the last week trying to find a resolution, most customer support associates were unprofessional and hung up on me, I'm out nearly $500 because Amazon failed to deliver and refuses to resolve this issue, this is considered theft by any other person, same goes for a business like Amazon, they've stolen from a small business trying to get started. Just deplorable behavior from Amazon.

BEWARE OF AMAZON STEALING YOUR MONEY!! Amazon will not replace any items or refund any purchases even when their customer service representative admits that the package was NOT delivered and was marked delivered incorrectly! And after they tell you that it's your loss they literally hang up in your face smh I have been a prime member for many years UNTIL NOW! Not only did I cancel prime but also audible because the interaction I just experienced was disgusting and inappropriate!! Im pretty sure the majority of prime members have had atleast one package not show up, or had it delivered to the wrong address, and now Amazon will not correct their, or their drivers mistake, they will tell you it says delivered and that's too bad for you!!! Even when the driver coincidentally forgets to take the picture of the item when it's delivered and again even after the initial representative admits that the item was NOT delivered because the truck broke down and even when said conversation was on the chat and they have proof of the conversation!!! BTW the item was only a $6 box of masks!!! #scam #Amazon #thief #ripoff #share

I ordered $116.00 dollars worth of items that were suppose to be delivered today. Amazons driver stole my items and never delivered them. Called Amazon. The representative told me my replacement would be delivered by 10 pm tonight. I called back a few hours later to confirm. Amazon will not be giving me a replacement for free and the shoes will not be delivered today. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AMAZON AGAIN! I HOPE AMAZON GOES BANKRUPT!

Amazon has sent me a detective product and instead of refunding me they ask for my personal pictures.I will never buy from these corrupt people again. I'm scared because they have my personal information and I have had 3 fraudulent purchases on my card, which I have had to get new ones three times.

I failed to receive an order last night. Amazon, on their website, tells me there was an attempted delivery by the **** last night but that my driveway or doorway was blocked. I love in an open area home, so there is no way there was a lack of access. Turns out that when I called the ****, I was told that Amazon uses this excuse when **** doesn't have time to deliver a package. So there there was never an attempt to deliver by ****. Amazon just decided to blame the lack of delivery on me, the customer, for having a blocked door or driveway. There is no way a reputable business should feel comfortable lying about their lack of service. Shameful.

After the sale completes and I see the charge hit the credit card, Amazon charges more money against my credit card a few hours later for the same sale. This is now the second time this has happened in a month.Amazon calls it a mistake, and the only redress for this is a credit towards my account. So, the ONLY option they offer, to correct it, is to spend more money. They refuse to reverse the additional charge. This IS fraudulent behavior. Watch your Amazon charges. I regret giving them a single star but BBB's rating system does not go lower than that.

over the past year Amazon has slowly changed their customer service and it has become horrible. No longer is the customer right. No longer do they refund without question.Third party sellers with shodfy workmanship and practices are rampant and refunds zero. I battle with them over small refunds and they make up things like " havung dates for teacking before refunds can be considered. " Packages are late meaning in my experience " lost". I dont like ******* and Target is higher in price. I have spent thoysands if dollarsvat Amazon butxI have decided it is not worth it anymore. It is no linger convenient. I will go to the stores like I used to, actually will buy less and thus save money.Im very tired of Amazons awful new found scammery

Ok, I'm pretty hot so please excuse me if I come across nasty..which I am not. My partner of 50 Years has passed away. He had an Amazon account. He also had several others to which I had to sort out and cancel. Me, being in deep grief, cancelled my account on accident, I reached out to Amazon, to which they said sorry, we cannot go back and retrieve. That's bad enough, but I had over 200 kindle books, all have been erased! Cannot go back! Cannot be refunded, nothing. After the mistake was caught, by me, I realized I never received a package that I ordered. This was 2 days ago. The rep stated that he would apply a $10.00 credit for me, I received my package, and lo and behold, 2 days later, no record of the purchase no credit, no looking back! How do they get away with this behavior? No records? No trail? Come on now, I'm a lot smarter than that. They, customer service, just doesn't care. And that comes from the top! I now have deleted my account, and I have no desire to do business with them. I care.
