On September 29, 2017, BBB received a report in BBB’s Scam Tracker from a consumer alleging they had been contacted by Bay View Property Management, whose Business Review can be viewed by clicking here, https://www.bbb.org/northwest/business-reviews/timeshare-resale-and-rental-marketing/bay-view-property-management-llc-in-seattle-wa-1000047142 and Escrow One, Inc. with an offer to buy and sell their timeshare located in Mexico. The consumer was told as a part of the sale process to wire funds to a bank in Mexico before they could receive the funding from the sale of their timeshare.
BBB found Escrow One, Inc. is not a licensed escrow company in Washington State. BBB found their advertised address is a virtual office. On October 4, 2017, BBB reached out to the company by email and mail and is awaiting a response.
