This business is not doing proper work, they're sending out unqualified people to do the work, and they're not being very professional about it. They discharged my girlfriend for something she didn't do. My girlfriend ended up in the hospital twice, due to blood clots, due to negligence on their part. I think the discharge that they made for her was the wrong thing for them to do.

Went in for severe body aches and SOB, told nurse medication allergies and doctor tried to override and prescribe me the exact medication I was allergic to. Doctor billed me for radiology and I never received an x-ray of lungs - which I needed because i was later diagnosed with Pneumonia and I am an asthmatic. Nurse bent butterfly needle in arm and no fluids released for over a half hour, advised doctor and doctor said he would get nurse and nurse never fixed. Discharge nurse (**** E) grabbed me by the hand so hard it popped my knuckles. Then **** E ripped my discharge paperwork out of my hand and told me I couldnt have until he took my IV from me. Then escorted me to security as though i was being aggressive. I asked for Hospital Admin information and security said they didnt have it.

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health system is a prime example of what happens when healthcare becomes a profit-driven industry devoid of compassion. As a registered nurse myself, it's appalling to witness such blatant disregard for patients' well-being and financial stability. Let's start with the ludicrous assertion that they accept your insurance, which supposedly is in-network, only to later stick you with a bill that amounts to a mere fraction of what they should be receiving. This deceptive practice is not only unethical but also undermines the trust patients place in their healthcare providers. Furthermore, the exorbitant charges for basic procedures like an EKG are nothing short of robbery. Paying an EKG tech a paltry $27 per hour while charging patients a whopping $310 for a 10-minute procedure is not just unjustifiable but downright exploitative. It's clear where their priorities lie maximizing profits at the expense of patients' financial well-being. And let's not forget about the cardiologist who swoops in for a mere 5 minutes, dispenses generic advice like "cut down on coffee," and then has the audacity to bill a staggering $428. This egregious overcharging is not only a slap in the face to patients but also a reflection of the broken healthcare system that prioritizes profits over patient care. What's even more despicable is that they're pulling these stunts on their own network of healthcare professionals, who dedicate their lives to caring for others. It's a betrayal of trust and a ***** reminder of how deeply entrenched corruption has become within the healthcare industry. In conclusion, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Clinics and Hospital system exemplifies everything that's wrong with our healthcare system today greed, deception, and a blatant disregard for patients' well-being. It's time for accountability and reform to ensure that healthcare remains a fundamental right, not a privilege reserved for the wealthy and well-connected.

I had to take my wife into the ** for an urgent problem. The ** Staff was incredible, but when she was transferred to observation she was treated terribly, her doctor fat shamed her and didn't even spend 5 minutes with her. The hospital pharmacy refused to give my wife the medication she needed and that was prescribed, the hospital ran $50,000 worth of needless tests that finally turned out to be a bladder infection that the hospital did not even catch - we discovered that when we went over the test results and after calling her real Doctor, she was prescribed antibiotics, which cleared up ALL her symptoms. My wife had two roommates who were really coughing and my wife asked for a COVID test to make sure she didn't have COVID and they refused and said that they do not do any COVID tests at all. We lodged a complaint with the hospital and the patient advocate told us we would receive a report, which we never did, even though we asked twice for the report. To top it off, we keep getting the same bill every month, even though we paid it 100%.

My 3 yr old just got turned away because thr lady at the front desk claimed they had to perform all their registration paperwork on phsical paper today due to a system issue. I arrived approximately 2 hours before closing while they only had 1 patient waiting in the lobby. I and my family are fully insured but my 3 yr old daughter is turned away from receiving medical attention because someone didn't feel up to task to process one more patient via paperwork for the day. What's the point of being open and in the neighborhood if you can't even attempt to provide or assess the medical needs for a child. I asked what other options we had considering it's rush hour... I was offered to drive clear across town just because the front desk person didn't want to interrupt their window staring time.Horrible experience and ethically immoral to turn away a child in need of medical attention..My child hit their head while I was at work and matters such as these require better and immediate treatment.
