      Hi,I am replying to the letter I received on May 14th from the collection agency ( and after making the payment of $226.89 on 6/16/2025 with reference# ******) since they charge interest daily.I was charged incorrectly by the ***, as they told us they would cancel the appointment if our insurance didn't cover the service (2 weeks before the appointment). We reminded them before the appointment to cancel if their insurance did not cover the appointment (30 min. before). They kept the appointment and told us not to worry about the charge. And afterwards told us that we had to pay the $225 amount. I am still puzzled about their operating processes and how it is our fault. I talked to *** several times, and they refuse to acknowledge their fault and blame consumers for their process *********: SRM Account: ******** and ************************** Ref: *******

      I noticed that I was billed differently for ultrasounds that I received through SRM. In a matter of 10 days, I received services through SRM for remote monitoring and saw 3 different providers. Two of the three billed $175 for ultrasound, while one billed $320. After inquiring, I was informed that the other two billed incorrectly and that all my ultrasounds should be $320. Now I'm expected to pay more than what I was originally billed and questioning why the ultrasound was $320. When I was a patient of SEM the year prior, they were $175 for ultrasounds.

      I was charged in error 4 times for a recurring payment that should have been terminated for sperm storage cryo fees once my samples were discarded.I already paid an annual storage fee up-front on 3/27 for embryo storage, so I should not be receiving any recurring charges for that.The erroneous fees are $140 on April 12 and $140 on May 13 ($70x4 for my partner and my storage fees). I alerted them on 5/13 of the charges, and they said "Billing was notified the same day [that the fees should end], they just didn't shut off the auto pay in time and needed to reverse the charges." They reversed only $70 in charges but are now not responding to me to correct the additional $210 in charges. Their billing department refuses to reach out to me, and the individual I'm working with (*************************) is not responsive. I have been charged months ago now and need these charges reversed since I'm the one currently liable to pay for this error.

      Please put my account ON HOLD until this is resolved. Please escalate the highest manager on this case.> I'm filing a BBB claim. I always pay to the quarter ends, ALWAYS..That is why I know this bill is WRONG since the 1st month of this year; hence I didn't pay the incorrect amount till now- I didn't have time to call your financial counselor and you didn't call me. I also checked with financial counselors each time before payments. As you know, that is what I asked you for at the very beginning of the phone call today.> The fact that **************** was changed by SRM is probably the reason but it's irrelevant to me. It's the company's responsibility to communicate to the patients and capture payments correctly.> 2021 Dec payment took care of everything upto end of June 2022. I prepaid because of needing to use up FSA by end of yr.> 2022 Oct payment tooks care of everything for 2nd half of 2022.> Right now, there need to be a correction (small reduction) for outstanding balance of the 1st half of this yr. I could pay $420 but no more as it's your system's error.
