    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. This company blatantly told me that if I didn't sign an NDA that would restrict me from reviewing the business or reporting the business to the Better Business Bureau then they would have to "think about" what day my items would be delivered after I had been without my items for a month. I did not sign any NDA and encourage anyone else who is currently being threatened by this company not to sign one either (this is how they keep on trapping people). I handed over my items on June 27th, my first available day for drop off was July 6th and after calls where they would scream at me they dropped off my stuff on July 29th (almost a full month after my first available date). Don't let the up-front customer service fool you, once they have your items they will ghost you until they feel like calling you back or after you've called repeatedly over and over again. Over the course of my conversations with the company I was yelled at, threatened, talked over, and was called "too emotional." I'm sure the company will read this review and will proceed to gaslight me, yet again. This company has terrible reviews on Yelp and ******* Don't allow their fake rating on Home Advisor's website fool you, it certainly fooled me. The amount of debilitating stress this company has caused me is indescribable and when my boxes finally arrived on July 29th (23 days after my first date I could receive my packages and 1 month after I had handed my items to the company) they were completely crushed.
