      On May 17th, 2024, I was given a parking ticket for parking in front of a building that was not in use . There was no signage on the building, and the windows were covered. It is wrong for them to write a ticket for this. I have filed a dispute with them about it, and sent them pictures that I took on the day of. They denied my dispute would not rescinde the ticket.This is not a legitimate way for this company to make money.Its Diamond Parking Service. Its misleading, and this is a trap based on the fact that the employee of Diamond Parking was just sitting there waiting for people to park there, knowing that its a trap and an easy way to make money for the company.

      I was in court that day. I tried to email you about my ticket that is 3 minutes after I paid and the ticket says i didnt pay. I tried to appeal it after i was denied and I havent heard anything.

      Please note that this location is private property and Diamond Parking has been hired to enforce these parking rules as posted on the property due to the unauthorized use on the facility.  The lot in which the ticket was issued a pay parking lot and the purchased time had expired.  A notice was issued our patroller has no way of discerning how long the vehicle would remain parked without having paid past the expired time.  A dispute was submitted 05/14/24 and responded to on 05/16/24 requesting to submit a receipt showing the purchase of extended time and we reduced the amount of the ticket. We have voided this ticket as a one-time courtesy.  Thank you.  Have a great day!

      I was parked for a dinner function in an unpaid apartment visitor space at ***************. Hands were full leaving the car and forgot to do the registration for the time slot. I was only there from 4 till 9 while a guest of the resident at the property but was ticketed over $80. As the lot was empty at the time and when I left I didn't realize it was considered a priority in that situation to ensure the registration of the car but I am now aware and will be sure to complete it every time. I'm hoping for a warning or any reduction in the charge as this cost is currently being covered by the resident of the property. Thank you for any assistance. reference number ********

All residents have their own access to the online registration application and is provided with their own unique code for registering their guests.  There was a grace ****** given. Unfortunately, the ticket is valid.

      On the morning of May 15, 2024 I attempted to pay for parking at the ************, *****************************. I inserted my **** card and it was rejected, I repeated this and the card was again rejected, I inserted my Mastercard and it was rejected, I then tried to use my Debit card and it was rejected. I ran out of options and as I had waited 6 weeks for a doctor's ************ I could not leave the premises. I contacted the receptionist at the ************ and she said that it was no concern of hers. I am 92 years old and am now facing a parking fine. Talking to the medical staff at the ************, I was told that this is a perennial problem with Diamond parking machines. Other people were having the same problem that morning. Diamond Reference #********, car license *******. I feel that I tried to do everything under my power to solve the situation, yet I am being penalized for faulty machinery owned by Diamond Parking.

      Please note that this location is private property and all parking rules have been created by the property owner(s).  Diamond Parking has been hired to enforce these parking rules as posted on the property due to the unauthorized use on the facility.  The lot in which the ticket was issued is a pay parking lot where there are 4 different means to pay for parking. This to provide the ability to payment with another option if one is having technical issues. Please also note, at the machine, with the chip readers, as stated on the prompts, you must leave the card inserted the whole time until the machine says to remove, otherwise you will get a declined error.  Or simply their card was declined by their provider.  Furthermore, the staff at each reception desk has a QR code and can walk patients through the setup and payment if they say they dont know how. Unfortunately, the ticket is considered valid if payment was not made.  The online dispute was submitted and the ticket was reduced as a courtesy.

      I am rejecting this response because: I asked the desk at the ************ for assistance on making payment and they refused to help me. The machine said that credit cards were not being accepted at that moment, I tried my debit card and it would not work. The machine clearly says that you can pay with credit cards, so I did not carry cash. There is no law in ****** that people must have a cell phone in their possession, I am 92 and have difficulty with these devices. When ********************** posts that payment can be made by credit then rejects legitimate credit cards, they are operating under false pretenses.

      On May 13th, approximately 5:12 PM, I parked at Lot 1881 of Diamond Parking.In-between "1754-and-************************************".Upon exiting my vehicle, a non-uniformed man in an unmarked vehicle, idling in the lot, started taking pictures of my license plate and gave me a ticket for "Lack of Prepayment". I tried to explain to him, with my phone in hand, that I was going to pay it online, as I had just exited the vehicle. He told me that it "Wasn't his problem" and to "talk to corporate". After that, he continued to take pictures of my vehicle and walk around it, which distressed me to the point that I had to leave the site. After pulling over elsewhere, I submitted payment for the lot, and immediately submitted a dispute on the affair.The lot owner for lot 1881 has not responded to this matter, whatsoever, but their support team has implied that I will still have to pay up a portion of the parking fine, despite the fact that the parking fee was indeed paid within the same half-hour.This type of behavior borders on extortion of residents, and more vulnerable populations are likely forced to pay additional charges with this tactic. I ask that you help in resolving this dispute, I have attached details pertaining to the issue below.To contact Diamond Parking, you can call ************, press 2, and ask for "******************" regarding "Notice **********". If **************** is unable to resolve this issue, you can request contact information for the owner of lot 1881 from him.       I was issued a notice with Reference # ********** for $65.50 by Diamond Parking Services for parking in lot A880 on 5/13/2024 at 12:28 pm by Checker # ***** for the reason "Unauthorized Vehicle". I thought the sign listed the building I went into as one of the places that the lot was for, but I was mistaken and didn't realize until afterward when I looked at the ticket and then back at the sign that it wasn't on there. I am reasonably requesting this notice is removed since I have never before received a parking ticket like this and am asking for it to please be waived.

      Good day, I am wanting to file a complaint against Diamond Parking LTD. (***********************)I received an $83.15 parking ticking for parking in the visitors section of my townhouse as we had family visiting, so I had let them use my stall. I had emailed our property manager about getting a parking pass, to which he stated they were not available yet and that I could just park there for now. Guess I was fooled as this so called parking company left a ticket on my windshield (MAR 8th, 2024) I had again sent out an email to the property manager, which he responded with an email stating that "tickets will be issued starting Friday (March 10th, 2024)". So I've tried contacting this so called Diamond Parking company (out of ********* I might add), which they will not respond.

      Actually, I did appeal my ticket when I originally emailed your so called company.  As you can see, if you actually read my attached emails, I was told parking tickets would be issued starting on the Friday ( see emails) my ticket was issued before hand.  But since we are on the subject of issues with the way your company is ticketing people who already pay overpriced rent in this townhouse complex, I would like to know why the h*** my other vehicle had a ticket on the windshield, while it was parked in my very on driveway???  This might be a hard one for you to explain in court.  I threw out the ticket as It was obviously a mistake but the plate # for that one is CSL-2443.  Clearly diamon parking services is a scam and would like photo evidence of the second vehicle?  I will be arguing this in court if necessary.

      The original notice was issued for not displaying a permit.  An online dispute was submitted on Friday May 10th,and a response was sent to the email they provided on Tuesday May 14, as our office is closed on weekends. (Please see attached photo on file for reference) This is not permitted, as per the pylons seen throughout the complex.  We will extend another courtesy for this notice.  Doing so in the future would cause a valid notice.       Actually, if you had read my initial appeal that I had sent your so called company, you did not ask for any additional information.  **** stated that my appeal was rejected.  

      So for the first ticket issued May 8th, 2024 when you actually open the attached email (dated May 9th, 2024) that I have included, you can clearly see from the property management company stated that tickets will be issued starting Friday, May 10th, 2024.  If you look at the first ticket, it's dated May 8th.  Tickets we not to be issued until May 10th (if you bothered to open the attached).  As for ticket #2, there were no visible signs posed anywhere pertaining to street parking, especially in front of my own drive.  Unless you have a picture of the vehicle parked in a marked, no parking zone, then I suggest you dismiss both of these tickets, otherwise I will take you to court.

      While on a business trip to *********, ******, I parked a rental car in a lot managed by Diamond Parking, LLC, for a cost of $23. I paid on the app ParkMobile. The app mistakenly defaulted to my NY license plate instead of the Alaskan license plate of my rental car. Note that there are essentially no NY plates in *********. Morever, the lot was nearly empty.I sent proof of payment in the app, as well as the car I parked to Diamond for their dispute resolution process. They summarily denied the appeal without giving a justification. I request to have the demand for a fine (over $70) dropped.

      I went to eat at this restaurant called *****************, **********************************************************************************. I parked behind the restaurant in a very large parking lot. There were NO signs or label on the ground that displays Diamond Parking. In within 30 minutes, lot attendant gave a parking ticket for $***** which I had already paid because if I don't pay within 15 days, it will double my fee. I would of gladly pay for parking fee, but the fact is there are no signs where I was park on the back side of the restaurant. I thought Diamond Park is pretty shady.       On 5/3/24 l paid for one hour park from 10:25 to 11:25 am Right before time expires, l went back to pay more time since l was attending at licensing process but the payment machine wouldn't take my bank account card, l tried many times, l have two different types of cards but it showed denied on screen, even tried my sister's and showed same denied card so l couldn't pay and look for someone who work there to explain the situation but nobody was there the parking was completely unattended and l had to go back to the licensing process since l was waiting to be called, but l thought and going back to the parking because l was worried about it so then l saw someone taking pictures to my vehicle that's when I explained to him about it and buy another 30 min but l already had this ticket so l am asking please for you to dismis it since wasn't my fault
