      We received a parking notice at 7:37 PM on April 22. We paid previously at 6:51 PM on April 22. After looking back at our confirmation email it seems my husband input my license plate incorrectly by one number. I emailed the email on the back of the receipt, but would like to be as productive as possible to avoid a late fee. Please consider our mistake.       In 2022 I parked in the same lot 5 times and payed with the mobile app "parkmobile" as advertised. 4 of those times I was ticketed "no advance payment" because diamond parking couldn't be bothered to check. keeping in mind that this lot is strewn with junkies and I was now being extorted by Diamond, I resolved to park 4 blocks away and walk to work over the past year. due to construction walking so far was no longer possible, so today I was forced to park with diamond. I arrived, scanned the ** code on their sign and followed the steps to pay for 8 hours of parking. I waiting in my vehicle for 5 minutes until the confirmation receipt email arrived (that was their excuse for trying to double charge me previously). I did my work and when I returned to my vehicle 5 hours later I had a notice of "no advance payment" and their ticket extorting another $50. working in security I've gotten familiar with scams, especially digital, and this company is checking the boxes; digital con jobs focus on putting off their victims until the victim gives up without restitution. I don't have infinite free time to dispute their system every day and it's causing real harm wasting time to have to park so far away. instead of providing campgrounds for crackheads, diamond parking needs to render the services being agreed upon without shaking ldown paid customers for more money.

      Please note that this location is private property and all parking rules have been created by the property owner(s).  Diamond Parking has been hired to enforce these parking rules as posted on the property due to the unauthorized use on the facility.  You appealed your notice for not having valid payment on the online portal where you stated you have time left on the Pay-By-Phone app.  We have searched your license plate and do not see the payment for that plate.  The appeals department requested your send over your payment confirmation to the general email.  If you believe this Is an error and payment was active, please forward your proof of payment to myself directly for review at *********************************************.  Thank you.  Have a great day!

      This is now the third time my family has had to dispute a parking ticket from diamond. Each time, with evidence of us lying their predatory lot fees, we are vindicated, but at this point I see the predatory behavior. It remains ridiculous to run around ticketing people who have paid online and on app, and if you can't get your technology to track to those who ticket, you should not launch the technology. Undoubtedly with parking being such an issue in ******* others have felt this issue.

      I paid via the app for a diamond parking lot in a public lot for the reserved hour. Despite was charged a parking payment noticed by the company on 4/15/23. Unsure why a ticket is given when I paid for parking for the reserved period in a spot with no additional signage.

      Diamond Parking Services has resolved this customers inquiry.

      We were able to locate the appeal information submitted.  While the customer did not pay for ********************** at the time the notice was given, the appeal did state she thought no parking was due as this all occurred after 6:00 PM.  Signage in the parking lot indicated public parking after 6:00 PM, but that does not mean to say that parking is free, only that the spaces are open to the public. 

      This information was communicated to the customer by email today and also advised that the notice has been voided, no amount is due.

      A ticket was issued to me on April 9th, at **********************************************************************************. it is a private parking lot operated by diamond parking service, I was dining at *********** chinese restaurant and mistakenly parked at red bud restaurant's reserved parking spot.it was a misleading spot when half the parking spot was sitting right in front of *********** and half of it was sitting in front of red bud. it was a rainy day and the signs were not clear. all the spots that were leading up to my parking spot were reserved for *********** and totally did not see the sign it was for red bud. I cannot imagine that a fine for nearly 90 would be issued by the company that runs a lot. What's worse is if really both restaurants pay them for the service, do they literally sit there to see which ones the customers go in?Practice of this lot is plain Highway robbery.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution although not the best considering the signage, weather and location of the signage  would be accepted as I feel compelled to do so as not to pass the deadline given for payment or incur a higher penalty. The reduced fine at least is in line with the city. I do feel really sorry for those who do not approach Better Business Bureau for a resolution. I thank BBB for helping me reach out to the right person at Diamond Parking and I really hope that Diamond Parking would really consider a more reasonable fine so that people who genuinely have made a mistake can afford to pay that fine.

      I parked in the downtown ********* lot on 3/14 and 4/7. On both occasions. I scanned the same parking sign and paid the amount on that app. The app gave me the amount, I did not pick a random amount to pay. On 4/7 I had a ticket for $76.50 to pay. I provided proof that I paid for the less than one hour that I parked but they are demanding that I pay this. I am paying under duress but seek assistance from your organization. My integrity is being called into question and they are very unprofessional. It is odd that there was no ticket on the first date for following the exact procedure I was ticketed for on the second date. The person at the parking facility is ************************. I have a very long email chain with her that was too long to attach, but I will provide if requested.

      April 6, 2023 I went to ****************. The ticket was issued at 10:32 am. I arrived at the clinic at 9:42 remained in my car until 9:48. My appointment was at 10:00.       We received this parking ticket on 3/25 for Parking Owed despite paying our fare and extending our time as instructed. Please review the parking ticket and our time extension confirmation below. Ticket #********** I contacted the company and they stated that I was parked in the wrong lot after taking 12 days and a phone call after my appeal. They finally responded saying they reduced my fee but I was still in violation but didnt say the violation. I called again and was told I paid for the wrong lot. There is no way I paid for the wrong lot when I scanned the ** code on the sign above my car and typed in the information off that sign plus my license plate number. The ********************** was already ridiculously priced and then to get a ticket despite renewing my parking appropriately is unacceptable. Also my ticket and none of my emails stated that the reason was related to parking in the wrong lot. If you are going to ticket someone it needs to state the violation as well as the person parking shouldnt be punished for following the signs above the spot. Apparently the sign above the spot might be wrong. In addition, if you ****** the address of the lot we paid for you will see that it doesnt match the lot we were ticketed for but we paid for the spot we were in not the Seacoast lot. Again that is on the company not myself.Seeing all the reviews and contacts to the company on this website say everything about this company. Too bad people dont look up reviews on parking lots or this lot would probably doing business more appropriately!

      I believe this business uses deliberately misleading paint in their parking lot and deliberately vague language on their parking tickets to extract ************ from people who believe they are legitimately parked. On 03/19/23, I parked at the western edge of a Diamond lot at ********************************************. My friend secured payment until 6 am through an app on his phone. The app allowed an extension which he purchased for 6 am until 6:30 pm. The next afternoon, there was a ticket on my car. Under "Particulars" was "Improperly parked." Under ******************** on file" was a photo of my license plate. The fee of $65 (broken down as a base fee+handling) was due within 15 days, and $102 if paid after. I have several photos of my car clearly within faded but visible lines with a number 4 painted at the end of the spot. I followed the instructions to file an appeal by email on 03/22. This response included this instruction: "There is no ETA a resolution. You may call 10 days after submission to get an update. Late fees will be waived if your appeal is found in your favor. Please call ************ if you want to follow up." The 10th day was on a Saturday, so I called on Monday, April 3, the first available business day. The employee looked up my case, agreed that it looked like I should not have been ticketed but explained that appeals went to the owner of the lot, that they were simply the managers. I received an email response on 4/04 stating that my appeal was denied to due lack of payment after 6 a.m., but they were reducing my amount owed and that I had 15 days from the original notice date to pay. I responded via email with an electronic image of the receipt for the 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. payment right away, demanding that the ticket be entirely cleared. Today (4/6), I called. The employee put me on hold. When he came back, he said he had sent an email confirming my ticket had been cleared.
