      A home inspector saw termite wood destroying activity & referred me to this company.Prior to booking, I called ******-only contact I've been able to speak to. I told him I need fumigation to treat termite + ant & rodent extermination. Asked him the cost. He said they would have to come out, but it shouldn't be more than $530 if they did everything. That sounded good, since I hear fumigation can be expensive. 08/10/22, tech pulls into **************** far back of house. Inappropriate place to park as parking is in front. We have cameras because only thieves go towards the back at night. Camera footage showed tech arrived at 12:41pm, left at 4:20pm. I was on the phone, answering emails, & watching 3 children. I didn't notice he was just hanging around for this long. House is only **** sqft. Didn't know he started working without giving me a quote first. When I asked him for cost, he told me he didn't know. My friend who lives next door was watching him. He never went into the attic & crawlspace, where the most rodent activity was (previous home inspector did go in). He placed 4 small sticky traps in the house, that would not catch the big rat I told him we had. He fixed 1 crawlspace vent mesh on the exterior. He put ant bait around the house. He did not see the joists in person to determine if there was termites. No fumigation. He spent a couple minutes to help me move things off the back of house. I'm assuming he was taking long breaks, which is fine, but he did not do a complete job. Initial bill was $1,100.47. Furious, I called & got it down to $660. Inappropriately high still. When I called, ****** asked how long tech was there. I asked him how that was relevant since I didn't know I was being billed by the hour. Told him bill needs to be at least half less- industry standard if all work done. He threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay by 5pm that day. Invoice due 9/10.I still have ants & rodent in my house. Bathroom torn out from rat damage
