      ************************ in *********, **. They just took over our property a few months ago. The previous management company just installed a new playground with a few BBQ grills for the complex, which wasn't even there 6 months before ******** took over. They disassembled the grills without notice but think it's somehow okay and sanitary to have ONE community gas BBQ grill in the pool area. Which is older than God. And who knows if it's actually cleaned after every use. It's gross. My main issue with them is that they don't care about their residents. They dont answer emails or complaints about noisy and unruly neighbors. They don't pay attention to complaints about the animal f**** from other neighbors being oiled up outside of my balcony. They don't care about the ruckus that has been caused by our upstairs neighbors literally being taken to the hospital on a stretcher because he beat the h*** out of her. Instead they waste their/our money on "yappy day" for your pets to get treats or free ice cream at the office. This company is garbage they don't give a f*** about anything except collecting your rent. Meanwhile my area outside of the balcony to my apartment is a breeding ground for diseases and there's literally a random trash can that has been there filled with garbage this entire month. If my dogs get sick or we get infested with something from their lack of care and paying attention to ******** that doesn't even matter, I'm going to sue you ave5. Bet on it. I'm tired of complaining to y'all. Get it together.

      The *************************** in ************, ** is despicable. They showed us an apartment that was cleaned, updated, but the unit we moved our daughter into is horrendous. She moved her belongings in quickly and at nighttime, prior to any kind of walkthrough due to her work schedule. The next day as she looked around noticed, the carpet hadn't even been vacuumed let alone cleaned, there were cobwebs in every corner, the locks didn't work on interior or exterior, the dishwasher had standing water and ceramic mugs in the sink disposal, the washing machine had layers of dirt and grime, and other smaller issues around. When management was contacted they offered to clean the carpets and fix the appliances. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE PRIOR TO MOVE IN. Maintenance came and "fixed" the small things but the next day, the dishwasher was leaking again, and it was discovered the oven burners didn't work. When we asked managmement what they could do to rectify, could they let us out of the lease, all that was offered was the lease fee waived. No refund on all the money we have spent with issues immediately. Our options now are legal consultation, or wait the 9 months at this horrific establishment dealing with constant issues. Oh, and be careful where you walk, this property is known for the amount of dog p*** around the entire property.

      This complaint is about ****************************** ****** az well I've been living here for more than 2 years and tbh everything was good, before things got done when brought up to the office as far as maintenance but now tbh it's gone down hill since the new office people and tbh I'm thinking about sueing you guys because my apartment is beyond terrible rn and here is a list of issues and I have photos to provide if needed I am considering taking legal action.1. **Water Leaks**: Persistent leaks from ceilings, walls, or plumbing fixtures that are causing mold, damage, or health issues.2. **Mold Growth**: Presence of mold due to water damage or poor ventilation.3. **Heating and Cooling Problems**: inadequate cooling in summer our ac is constantly messing up rn it could possible cause a fire and i believe this especially violates local housing codes.4. **Pest Infestations**: Unaddressed infestation of insects from neighboring unit.5. **Electrical Issues**: Unsafe electrical wiring, frequent flicker of lights in bathroom and hallway which can pose fire risks probably loose wire or such 6. **Structural Damage**: Cracks in walls, ceilings, or foundation.7. **Appliance Failures**: Non-functioning essential appliances that the landlord is responsible for maintaining like our washer and dryer the washer fills up a ? of the way and washes clothes poorly. Brought up to office and maintenance to get a new one. But no to little response.9. **Bathroom Issues**: toilets when flushed smell like sewage, sinks arent secured to counter top or parts falling apart, shower railing is destroying the drywall coming out of the anchors that prevent proper support of shower curtain rod.10. **Inadequate Security**: had someone break into my porch and nothing has been done about it did file a police report.11. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST **Failure to Address Complaints**: Landlords lack of RESPONSIBILITY regarding reported maintenance issues STILL HASNT BEE RESOLVED IN 2 YRS

      Husband and I live in an apartment that they manage. Never again. I tried to pay them the rent in a Cashiers Check like they wanted and the Property Manager refused the check because she claimed it was a partial payment. Surprise, it wasnt. She wanted the next months rent even though it wasnt even due yet. Im done with this property group. The noise, the marijuana smell that wafts into my apartment, etc. *** retained an attorney.

      I had a highly unsatisfactory experience during my time at ********************* (*******************************). The leasing office was consistently unresponsive, often failing to return calls or emails, which made it difficult to address any issues in a timely manner. There were ongoing safety concerns, as individuals were frequently seen rummaging through the dumpster area. The propertys amenities were also poorly maintainedthe gym was regularly dirty and lacked cleaning supplies, while the community grill was in disrepair and unusable. Noise was a constant issue due to unsupervised children running through the complex. Upon moving out and breaking my lease early, I was charged excessive fees for cleaning and basic maintenance, despite leaving the apartment in good condition. The management provided little transparency on these charges, and their tone was dismissive and uncooperative when I sought clarification. Additionally, parking was limited, making it difficult to find available spaces. Overall, my experience with Alderbrook Apartments was disappointing due to poor communication, lack of proper maintenance, and unreasonable charges upon move-out.

      I was recently wrongfully terminated and I cant get in contact with corporate to discuss the matter. The one contact I do have, she wont answer my calls or texts, or emails. When she was, she was short and rude. I did a number for someone higher up.

      I give them zero stars they owe me money as of April ******* and till this day nothing has been resolved. Ive left numerous messages and emails and nothing. IM FURIOUS!!! They are thieves and expect you to pay for a deposit but refuse to give u your money back. RIDICULOUS!!!!

      This company took over our building in May and nothing but trouble. Rude office staff, passive aggressive notes to residents, and unable to get ahold of anyone via email or calling.

      The staff are having vehicles towed that are registered. This place is ridiculous and doesnt care about the concern of residents. Trash all out on the street and they dont enforce it. They also allow people to park over the fire lane but want to tow people that are actually registered.
