      Do yourselves a favor and do NOT make any Greystar property home. At the end of the day, you will make the decision, but FYI, the moving in and out of this building is like a revolving door. NO ONE seems to be happy there. And they will be in your apartment EVERY MONTH with the less than required 48 hour notice.1st - They outsource everything so they don't have any responsibility to anything 2nd - They charge you for services you will more than likely never use - You pay rooftop access charges even if you never use the rooftop.3rd - There is NO PARKING on the streets so if you are using a moving service or a truck yourself, there is NO WHERE to park for them. This ends up adding time and possibly money to the cost of your moving due to the distance they will need to travel to get your stuff in or out.4th - If someone does make a mistake, all of a sudden that person disappears (reassigned to another property) and the new person will say "I know nothing about that" and then they will put their attorney Ms.Sham (go figure) on your case. For the record, she will lie in open court. Be prepared ********************* HORRIBLE communicator **** - Leasing agent - Not sure what Cod...Oh wait, thats right surfs the phone or internet at work?******** - Leasing agent - Let me just say, she will make anything up to hide her lack of professionalism. When she complains, don't be surprised if her manager comes up with a clever way to get you back.One of their businesses have been robbed and wanted to see the cameras and they told this person, NO. They have the camera's for themselves ??!?Don't believe me look it up on BBB and on this very site.At the end of the day, its your decision but do NOT be sold on their location or the tour or anything else. Take a few minutes, wait outside the front door and ask people how they like it there. Good Luck!

      If you move into an aveniue 5 you deserve what you get. I didn't have a choice!!! No water pressure. Oven is energy effiencient goes out all the time - can't cook. Air conditioning is in a closet with no vent - hot as ever. Reporting for code violations on open doors not seated properly. I am 65 and NEVER has there been worse - worse in every way - including staff! They ignore you - completely. If you move into this place on ********* that has coyotes and stuff you deserve what you get you will be miserable. The manager is horrible. Words don't match actions her mother did a horrible job. The other employee has a brother that lives her with her that parks under cover and smokes pot freely. Good stuff. Hurry you want to live here.

      Unresponsive work orders, falsified paper trails, intentionally misleading, uninhabitable conditions. Toxic mold. Compromised living conditions. Deplorable. Unsupported city zoning.

      A very terrible and fraudulent apartment. Firstly, they showed me an apartment as a model, promised that I will get the same type of apartment to rent, encouraged me to apply and pay the application and administrative fees, only for them to give me a different apartment entirely. The manager was so rude and not compassionate. As if that was not enough, the apartment they eventually gave me leaks from the ceiling severally, molds started developing on the ceiling which have a very disgusting look and posses healrh danger to me and the kids, the bath water was not flowing easily and always stocked, both toilets are not flushing. There are so many flies, insects and roaches all over the place, and numerous abnormalities. I complained several times and requested for maintenance to no effect. It's a total fraud and wasted effort

      Such a useless business. They are the worst apartment scamming company I have seen. They include a statement in their contract that absolves them from any responsibility related to outages. A driver hit the power bank and now I have to evacuate my apartment every 10 days and now for another 2 days at dates of their choosing due to this. In addition their front desk doesnt do anything. They dont answer calls, they are never in their office, they dont respond to emails, they have the doors locked even though it says open, they park in the handicapped spots, they send out last minute ambiguous emails to residents and at the end of each email it says reach out regarding any questions yet they answer ZERO questions and are never in office. This business is the worst at taking priority of tenants and hire incapable illiterate 3rd grade level lazy people to run their front desk. Im not sure what they are even paid to do when they dont do anything helpful or send emails with ample time for tenants to make other plans.

      Axio(Southtowne *********** They are connected Sold me a car with a junk yard engine, refuses to help with repairs. I bought the car September 2023, after filling bankruptcy trying to get a new start with a car that ran.. Then come December 2023 less then 3 months the car throws a check engine code and wouldn't accelerate. Get it up to Axio(Southtowne *********** they find coolant in the block... they "helped find a Customer satisfaction warranty through ***** and they sent my car to "Super ***** ************************** **** in Slc. So **** replaces the engine under this warranty April 2024 (4 months later) Axio(Southtowne *********** gets my car back from ****, call us to pick up. Before we leave to get the car, the car throws a check engine code and powertrain code. (never threw a powertrain code prior to its visit to ****/ Axio(Southtowne mitsubishis) We call them and tell them that I'm getting notifcations that these codes are showing. They deny them and then call us back and say they are taking it back to ****. 2 weeks later I finally get the car back. May 2024 my car throws the came check engine and power train code. Now this is where it gets interesting, (may/2024) I get the car back to **** (cause they are the ones who did the repair) and to cut out the middle man. I have on recording that Axio(Southtowne *********** took the car there (December/2023) with a junk yard engine and told them not to talk to us about the car. **** did them/I a solid and replace the block as per the warranty. (they should not have fixed it as the engine wasn't the original. Then one the repair/service detail it indicates all the trouble mentioned above about the coolant in the engine but to also that the turbo was missing bolts. So to show who ever replaced the engine missed parts. Now no one wants to pay for the repair, and I'm back in the same situation I was trying to get out of. Single mom working two jobs, and they took advantage of me. This place is crooked as they come.

      Paceline Apartments - ************************************************************ Update: 6 months into living here. My car has been broken into twice while in their locked parking garage (cost for parking is $175 a month) no compensation received despite $2000 in damages. A police dispatch told me that they arent investigating incidents here due to the amount of crime happening at this complex. I have not once seen a secuity guard and adding to the problem there have been multiple broken locks on the exterior doors for long periods of time without fixing. The whole situation is honestly scary. Imagine that your walking to your car in the early morning to go to work and you come across someone commiting multiple felonies while high on drugs. Are they just going to let you walk away without confrontation or harm? Its a scenerio my girlfriend is aware of everyday when shes going to work at 5am. If you move here and you have loved ones, this will be a scenerio they will have to think about as well. You can complain to the managers here but nothing seems to actually change. Cameras could be installed, security could be implemented, doors could be fixed promptly. I have sent numerious emails to office staff asking what measures will be taken and my voice has fallen on deaf ears at the time of this review. Read the other bad reviews. My experiance here has led me to beleive they are unbiased and accurate. I understand crime happends everywhere however in my opinion they are not doing enough to prevent it or comping tensnts when they have been negligent providing a safe residence. I suppose the buildings lack of maitenence speaks for itself. Its poorly maintained, various common areas havent been cleaned since Ive lived here. The insulation in the lower garage is falling down and looks horrible. The overall theme for paceline seems to be both an overall lack of care for the building and the residents. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

      These people are absolutely disgusting and money hungry fiends. They sent an email saying I owed $1788.83. I asked to an itemized move out statement and they sent it. Please tell me why it said $0 owed at the bottom. When asking ********************* for an explanation WHY I OWE when it says $0. He said he cant explain it over email only over the phone. What kind of scheme are they trying to pull here? You already kept the $750 deposit why do you need MORE money on top of an apartment that I paid rent for that month, got professional cleaners and professional carpet cleaners. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

      ZERO STARS!!!!! I live in ****** AZ Steeplechase Townhomes. It is impossible to communicate with management. I have lived in this community for more than 6 years. Avenue 5 bought the property after I had already been living there. It has been going downhill ever since. They hire people who have zero problems entering your home without notice and uninvited. I was forced to MOVE OUT of my home for 4 days so they could put in a couple of lights and faucets. The property looks good on the outside but that is all. They expect their residents to pay for brand-new permanent fixtures. This property has been charging me money every month but I have found out that my info and lease haven't been updated since May of 2023. Yet, I received a 30-day notice last night stating that they are not renewing my lease. When I called to inquire why, I was told that they 'just decided' and hung up on me. I am active in the ****** and ******** communities. I have been advocating and trying to make a difference from a higher education perspective. I do not let my child play outside. I do not use the property amenities because of the newer tenants. This all stems from the company itself. The state of ******* should not allow this to happen to its residents. I am the only parent of a wonderful child who will contribute to society as I do. I am being discriminated against. I will not stand for it.

      Having recently relocated from the aforementioned apartments where I resided for a duration of 8 months, the primary concern lies with the property owners who displaced numerous families post-holiday season. During my stay, I observed several concerning issues that went unaddressed, notably including a review left by my former landlord on their website, which I documented for future reference.An additional prevalent issue pertains to tenants encountering difficulties in reclaiming their deposits, with reports of delays and evasive responses. I have conversed with former tenants who are aware of my role as a full-time content creator and reviewer. Presently, I await the return of my deposit, two weeks post-move-out.
