On April 22, 2021, BBB received a Scam Tracker report from a consumer alleging that REMarketing offered to purchase his Mexican timeshare in exchange for an up-front fee. BBB did not find any Washington Real Estate or Timeshare Company license associated with the business, nor any corporate registration with the Washington Secretary of State or tax license through the Washington Department of Revenue.
