    Car was picked up and directed to a body shop by State Farm. ****** told State Farm they couldn't deliver due to late at night. I called the dealer the next day and they said that wasn't true at all and cars are delivered throughout the night. There was a key drop etc. Car was towed 30 miles away and stored as a result incuring a big expense. I called you he body shop and they said it should have been dropped off. The owner, *****, kept saying they couldn't. But again the body shop was adamant that's not true. They told my insurance company it was $745 apx. My insurance company said it's supposed to be 250 apx and the owner told me the same thing. He said he might be confused about numbers. The owner said he was keeping the car over the weekend bcs he didn't get paid. But he couldn't get paid bcs the invoice was wrong by 3 times. Now we have a weekend and who knows what the bill will be. Other posts show the same game. My car is still being held hostage.

    The owner is calling me on my personal phone trying to put leverage on me to drop the complaint. The Owners phone is ************. Once he told me over the phone to come to his place and we could settle it. He texted me his address. Im close to filing a restraining order.

    I called for a tow at 3:30 Pm. They said it would come by no later than 5:30. At 5:30 I called again and they lied and said a driver was en route. Theyd be there by 6:30. At 6:30 I called again and they said that NOW theyre sending someone. Theyll be there by 7:30. They never came. I had to call someone else. I waited 4 hours in 90* heat while they overtly lied to me three times. They told me three times a driver was currently en route, but never dispatched anyone. They are dishonest and unreliable.

    On February 22 my vehicle slid onto a rock in a blizzard. It was wedged with 1 tire in the air. My insurance company, metromile dispatched roadside assistance to me. Fishers towing called me, I confirmed with the Fishers dispatch as well as metromile and agero accident management that my vehicle would be dropped off at a ******* automotive. As the temperature was below freezing I did not stay with the vehicle to wait for the tow company. My insurance confirmed the coverage of this tow, and I gave the case number to the dispatcher. I confirmed on the last phone call with the tow company that my vehicle would be taken to *******. When I woke up in the morning my car was not at *******. My car was at the tow yard. I spoke to Fishers at 9am and they told me it would be taken to ******* by 12pm. At 2pm I called and they told me they didn't see my car on the board and they would call me back right away. At 3pm they told me my vehicle was on its way to *******, I told them that I have a GPS tracker on my car and can see it's in their lot. They said it was being loaded onto a truck. At 5pm they told me they weren't going to take it to ******* because my insurance hadn't paid them, at 530 I gave them the insurance authorization number again, at 7pm they told me that ***** told them they couldn't authorize the payment yet. They told me it would be $1300 to get my car back at this point. I spoke to agero at 730pm and they were not aware of this activity with Fishers. Their information reflected that Fishers took my car to ******** I did not authorize my car to be taken to Fishers lot. My insurance did not authorize this. They spent business hours lying to me, and told me the truth of the situation after I couldn't do much about it because business hours were finished for most companies.

    We had spoken to agero the night we initially had picked the car up. They ordinal call was called in as a roadside assistance call not an accident, agero did not know the vehicle was in an accident until we called them and they had to cancel the dispatched call and recreate one that was with accident management. We stated to agero the night we picked the car up that we would be bringing it back to our yard because they has not given us a PO prior to completing the call for the new accident claim. We then spoke with a agero the next day they were supposed to pay for the tow, winching, additional person and equipment. We have now spoken with progressive themself and are going to tow it with agreement of them paying after confirmation of completion
