      Bulldog Fence installed a gate at our neighbors home about a month ago. While installing, they removed our block from under our vinyl fence without our knowledge. Instead on replacing them, they buried some of the block under the neighbors gravel. The block held the gravel from pouring onto our patio. Bulldog cemented one of our block, perpendicular, into the concrete holding the new fence post. While working in the yard, we noticed the gravel on our patio. We called Bulldog and let them know. *** came on 6/7/2024. He was very agitated. He tried shoveling the gravel back, to no avail. We said the block need to be put back as they were to prevent the spilling onto our patio. He went on the other side of the fence (neighbors) and started shoveling the gravel from there. He was banging the shovel into our vinyl fence and my husband asked him to stop or he would ruin our fence. *** shoved cardboard under 5he fence to try and stop the gravel from falling onto our patio. We said that is not acceptable. He said his company concreted the block in and he didnt have a concrete saw. He shoved some plastic in and proceeded to leave. As he turned around in his truck, he yelled out the window, Ill take care of it. I realize it hasnt been but a few days since he yelled this, but with his agitated state and his telling us earlier that it wasnt his problem but an issue between us and our neighbor, I felt a complaint was warranted. We just want our property returned to its original condition before he did the job next door. He actually installed our fence a few years ago and our interaction was very civil so were not sure why he came to our house so agitated.

      We have not seen nor heard from Bulldog fence regarding this issue. No action on their part has been made to rectify the situation.

      Problem solved, there never was a problem. We put everything back in place and there is nothing further we are willing to do. It wasn't even part of their fence.

      I am rejecting this response because: Bulldog installed our original fence a few years back. Earlier this year they installed a chain link gate in our neighbors yard. When placing the gate post, Bulldog pulled our block out from under our fence. The block were installed there to prevent gravel from the other yard from pouring onto our patio. When cementing the gate post into the hole that butts up to our fence, Bulldog cemented one of our blocks perpendicular to our fence and buried the others. Please see original complaint as to Bulldogs response. We didnt mention in the original complaint that the brackets Bulldog installed to secure the fencing material to the gate post are pushing into our vinyl fence and bowing it. Bulldog has ignored this complaint for months and only responded to you after you made the decision to file this complaint against his business. Bulldog fence knows what they did, yelled out of the truck that they would take care of the problem and havent been seen again.
