If I could leave less than one star for Dynamic Dental I would... solely for the doctor no one else. I had a horrible experience at Aspen Dental last year so I chose Dynamic ********* my new dentist ******* I told them what happened with **************** believed that they were going to show me a better, more compassionate & respectful experience. Yesterday, I had an appt with Dynamic Dental to get my fillings done. After having numbed me up, the doctor left the treatment room & never returned. It wasn't until I questioned him 10 mins later that I realized that he wasn't willing to do the procedure anymore. He made the very wrong assumption that I was feeling anxious about getting the fillings done. Regardless, he never came to communicate that to me. His response to that was "we're short staffed." That tells me that he did not care to let me know what was happening to prevent me from waiting in that treatment room for 10 minutes. He went to eat his lunch. He said, "You didn't smile at me" 1st of all, I couldn't smile at him due to the numbing agent. They got it all over my lips and on the inside of my cheeks. But regardless, who cares if I smile at him. He's providing a service I was intending on paying for. He said, "in all my 23 years of dentistry, I've never heard of anyone not being able to smile due to the numbing agent." That all sounded so *****, rude and self centered. He had this manipulative, entitled way about him that made me feel like I had to explain why I didn't smile at him. I blurted out, "I'm sorry (sarcasm) I didn't smile at you but my brother just died so I'm not in the best of moods right now!" The room immediately fell silent. I've never felt so humiliated in a prof's ******* He made me feel like their time was more valuable than mine... their time was more valuable than communicating with me and being respectful to me. I really don't want to hear from anyone at the office except the doctor to provide a genuine apology.
