      Had my rider mower repaired . On first use, it burned up a belt. When replacing it, I realized they had reinstalled or replaced the old belt wrong. I installed a new belt properly now it runs great. Their reaction to this was nothing . Poor customer service

      If I could leave less than one star I would. ***************** has been a nightmare. We paid weeks ago to have this task completed and then needed to purchase an ignition switch that they had to order. ******* came in weeks ago and we are still waiting. We are the ones who called for updates repeatedly. They never did initiate any calls.They have made appointments that they did not keep. **** the fireplace service guy in particular Incompetent. We were tolerant until **** scheduled an appointment today and never bothered to tell us that they werent going to be able to make it until WE called to find out where they were. No apology. So rude. Absolute c*** customer service.

      Terrible company. Buyer beware. The product I received was very poorly made. I contacted the company 4 times to return it. 2 emails and 2 phone calls and the 4th contact was after the 30 day return policy had expired so they purposely ran out the clock by giving me the run around. They said they had no record of my previous attempts to contact them. They also sold my email as soon as I placed my order I started to get multiple emails per day from their affiliates. Stay away from Country Homes!

      On March 28 2023 I purchased a ***** Mower with all the bells and whistles, "electric start", I am disabled senior citizen. Paid cash for the mower... Took it home, unpacked it, put fuel and oil in it, started it because I wanted to make sure it ran, made it go around the grand childrens play set, wanted to make sure the "hydrostatic drive worked", parked it in the garage and it stayed there for 3 weeks... When it was time to mow the electric start didnt work and you couldnt pull the starter cord... I didnt use the mower... Took it back to Country Homes Power supply and wanted a different mower or my $$$ back and was told NO I used it... Come to findout the cam shaft in the motor had a manufacturing problem... Parts are on back order... Thats not fair... If I had purchased this mower at HomeDepot or elsewhere they would have exchanged it and sent the old one back to ******** It's been 2 weeks that the mower has been in their posession.... PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with these people... Not worth it...
