    I have been a customer for a few years now and when I scheduled the set up for the sprinkler system to get turned on. On 5-9-2023 the tech came out and spent **** hours and trying to get my sprinkler system up and running for the season, he had left and I thought everything would be fine until one zone kept turning on and flooding. They came back on ****- 2023 and did some more work to try to get it up and running which to no avail. The tech basically said he had no clue what was going on then on 5-20-2023 another technician came out to try to fix the problem get stuff corrected seem to be working OK but then more issues started occurring where the heads wouldnt pop up zones werent working properly, so then on 7-24-2023 another technician came out for **** hours and did a whole bunch of different things to get it up and working and corrected come to find out it was some basic things in the boxes that the first text should have caught from the beginning now I have reached out, asking to talk to a supervisor and nobody is returning my calls but yet I have invoices sitting here That is about $500 and I am not getting a call back or anything. I am very disappointed in what has happened this season for just turning a sprinkler system on and getting charged that much money. The one technician said to me that he was not properly trained and that they lost all the employees and he basically didnt know what he was doing. I should not be held responsible if you have to send 3 to 4 different technicians out because they dont know what theyre doing. I should not be held responsible for paying that. All the other years I have only paid around $100 and had no issues with getting my sprinkler system turned on. This is not acceptable when a company sends individuals out they should know the job and what needs to be done and if they dont, the company should send someone out at no charge to the customer to correct what needs to be corrected. I still have not received a phone call. Very upset.

    We here at Auto Rain Contracting LLC strive to deliver the best of service to our customers. The Spring Start Up to turn on your irrigation water was done on May 9th. It appeared at the time your system was working to the best of its ability. The one hour allotted time to do the service was done plus 10 minutes over. When the technician left he did not notice a valve stuck on at the time. On May 11th, you called to say that a valve was stuck on. A technician arrived the next day to find the valve not stuck on all the time but only when zones 4, 5, and 6 were on. You stated to technician that 2 plumbers had been over and she was not sure what or if things had been messed with. The technician changed 1 nozzle in backyard from dogs chewing it up and told you he would like a senior technician come out and figure out zoning issue. On May 20th, a senior technician arrived and found 2 stuck valves and corrected the problem. He also adjusted heads and programed the timer. Both service calls made on May 5th and May 20th were not charged to you. Senior technician stated system was again running to the best of its ability. On July 12th, you called to say your heads needed attention. Technician arrived on July 24th and replaced 2 heads and nozzles that were plugged with sediment and raised 2 heads. No work was done in the valve box as you had stated. After 7+ weeks from a service call, many things will happen to heads and nozzles that will need fixed. This service call is valid and stands. Two invoices were voided. Invoice ***** for $162.60 dated May 10th is for a Spring Start Up. Invoice ***** dated 07/26/2023 for $285.30 is a valid service call for head adjustement, cleaning and raising of heads. 

    Unfortunately, management is conducting business out of town winterizing systems, this being our busiest time of the year and has not been able to reach you by phone. Emails were sent to you at his request to adjust the invoices questioned by customer to show they had been voided. I hope this resolves the issue at hand.

    Auto Rain Contracting customer service and job performance is horrible! I have called several times and left voicemails and havent heard back. In my voicemails I left, I told them I needed to discuss the invoice I received. A technician came out to my house within three weeks of a previous appointment and their hourly rate went up by $4 without notice. As well as, the original appointment was for 7/14 and I NEVER received a phone call letting me know the technician wasnt going to show up. I had to call three times and leave two voicemails to I finally get through to hear why I was never informed and why the technician didnt show up. Then I had to wait another week to be rescheduled. For the service call on 7/21, the technician was very disrespectful and angry about the job he had to do. My security cameras show him cursing my name and saying very disrespectful things about me. As well as, throwing his tools down out of anger. As a young female living alone this was scary to witness. And then they were supposed to fix a leak in the sprinkler box and the leak was never fixed. As well as, they didnt turn those zones back on. So for the last week my sprinkler system has not been running correctly. I only noticed it because my grass was turning brown. So I ran a test and two zones werent turning on. I need this company to contact me but I keep having a hard time getting in touch with them. I call during their normal business hours and it only goes to voicemail. Extremely dissatisfied with this Auto Rain Contracting.

    We here at Auto Rain Contracting LLC are deeply sympathetic to ***************************** dissatisfaction on a service call we executed for her in July. It is very difficult when a technician leaves a work site to go home ill. We try our best to communicate with the residents as soon as possible, however short staffing and an extreme influx of customers make it difficult to return calls as promptly as expected.  ************************* was able to have her system worked on and completed to her satisfaction.
