    We've used this company a few times for repairs, the ***** time they did not tighten down the bolts hard enough on our drive train, causing us to have to go back for it to be done correctly. .we understand things happen so we decided to give them a call when we needed our brakes done on the same vehicle. We returned to them to have the brakes (front and back) done on our *** 750i. They told us that using aftermarket brakes would be just fine and they have never had any issues. ***** even knocked on his desk when saying it. Unfortunately, we have had nothing but problems with high pitch squeezing, rattling, and more. We took the car back to them 3 times causing us to have to rent a car each time to the tune of over $500 in addition to the $1725.00 paid for the brakes. I requested the warranty on the brakes due to clearly having a bad set. I was told by ***** the 3rd time I took them back that he would get the warranty started. We dropped the car off on a Friday thinking the brakes were being replaced. Monday we had not heard from anyone so I called. ***** told me they could not get the noises that we were hearing. We went to show them what it was doing. We were told the warranty was not being done and there was nothing they could do, stating this is what happens with aftermarket brakes. I've had several different cars have aftermarket brakes and have never had an issue. The brakes that were on the car that they replaced were aftermarket and no issues. I would either like my money back to take the car to someone else or I want them to warranty their work and do it correctly. I am getting no where with them and need help. The squeel is so loud that you can hear it over the music being up all the way. The rattle happens every time you go over the littlest of bumps. They are clearly a bad set and need to be done properly.
