    Stayed at this motel 8-9 August 2022. I spent 2 of the 3 nights I had reserved the room for. The reason I left early was because the electrical breaker for my room continued to trip. I advised the maintenance who stated again which makes me believe I am not the first to make this complaint. I let the maintenance man know that I would be leaving the next day. I know that a breaker that trips 2-3 times unintentionally has to be changed due to it being a fire hazard. I asked for a refund for the day did not stay because I was told all the rooms were taken. The refund was denied because their policy is no refund. I would like any assistance getting a refund because that room was a safety hazard. I didnt leave just because I didnt want to stay because I had to find another hotel to stay at.

    On 6-24-2022 I went in to pay $250 a deposit for a room in August 2022 and I decided by Monday 7-4-2022 that I did not want the room the ******************************************* August ****************************************************************************** my money back and I have never signed any papers to say I was going to move in there also the lady at the sprague motel and rv park pre judged us being me and my girlfriend she was say my girlfriend had no clothes on and the lady at the motel has hung up on us on the phone and has spoke over us

    ***** and his wife stopped by my Sprague Motel and RV Park on June 24, 2022. They asked if they could reserve a Motel room for four weeks beginning on August 1, 2022. They pay the $250 reservation deposit to hold the room. ***** called about a week later and said they decided to come on July 1, 2022 and stay for four weeks instead of arriving on August 1 as originally planned. I said I would change the schedule and see them on July 1 to check in. Then again over 10 days later ***** called to say they had found a different place and would not need the room at my motel at all!  My motel is full 100% of the time and it requires a lot of juggling to make sure one room will be available for four weeks. I lost a lot of money, more than $250,by not renting the room to other potential tenants when they called and asked if I had a room available.  Remember, ***** booked one room for four weeks in August and then changed his mind to four weeks in July. It is not like I lost just one day of rent from any of the other people who called wanting the room.   ***** asked to reserve the room for four weeks and also in two different months!  My rooms rent out daily but mostly rent out weekly.  I hope this letter explains to you the absurdity of ****** refund request.
