    Great company and great price. they installed a Bosh heat pump. Installation was great. Solved the hot weather problem. Professional and great to work with.

    When Dicks employees came to service my furnace they told me that it needed repairs. They told tell me that both flame sensor and the valve needed to be replaced at a cost of about $1250. I initially authorized the repair but they needed to order parts. I called them back because I thought there was an error on the cost of the parts. They informed that they do not order their parts from Amazon several times. I told them that I would not pay what the charge would have been. Later that day I called another company to look at the furnace. After he arrived he looked at the furnace and said it couldnt operate because the valve was turned off and flame sensor was disconnected. He reconnected the sensor and turned on the valve. The furnace started right up. This is an example of fraudulent business practices. I wish I could give a zero. I will never use this company in the future.
