      I purchased a transmission from B and R auto wrecking on 6/24/2022 which was shipped to the repair shop that installed it and found the transmission to no park feature along with it not driving properly. I contacted the seller about it and they said it needed to be programed to work properly. The seller had me go through several steps just to not address the issue until the warranty ran out. I have copies of all replies along with documents of thinks done on my part. They claim the transmission was in good working order and claimed it was improperly installed.

      From the time this warranty claim was opened, we have had prompt and direct communication with our customer.  We have ********* stamped records of all emails sent and received.  Proper installation documents and invoices were requested multiple times.  The customer had extended periods of time between his responses to our requests, and did not provide the requested documents until well after the warranty period had expired.  The documents provided were also dated after the warranty had expired.  We stand behind the product we sell, and our warranty matches or exceeds our industry standard.  
      The head of our ******************** has also recently attempted to reach out to the customer multiple times, via phone, and has received no response.

      I purchased a used auto part from this business. They informed me that the part was in their wrecking yard on certain vehicles. I pulled the part myself from one of the vehicles. I paid $35 for the part. When I got *************, I discovered that it was not the correct part. I returned the part, but they would only give me a credit, not a refund. Their policy is that the credit expires within 30 days. I attempted to purchase other parts on two separate occasions, but found out that they did not have the parts on cars in their yard. Consequently, I was not able to spend the $35. I would like to get a $35 refund since they told me that the original part that I purchased would fit on my vehicle. They have refused to issue a refund and say that the credit was not used within 30 days.

      August ,19 2022 purchased a axle inventory number434-01562e paid $459.81ncludind shipping part was suppose to b located in ********** however called said that the part I wanted was broke I guess however they told me they had one in bend in my home town so I was suppose to pick up and said shipping would b refunded since there was no shipping and I just had to go pick it ** in bend where they pulled the part from .. so I picked the part up and I asked the gentlemen I was here to get part of my money back and he said he has no idea and nothing to do with this I find that wierd and upsetting and yet to this day no money returnd.. as of now the date is sept 7 and still waiting to whoever called me said I was getting my refund cause there . Was no shipping .. so I guess Im just burned of 160 $ please help me

      The refund on this was delayed due to a miscommunication between the will call store and ecommerce department.  We have attempted to reach out to the customer, but have not been able to make contact.  The full amount charged for shipping, $156.25, was refunded on 9-8.  A copy of the refund was emailed to the email address we have on file for the customer as well.
