I purchased a travel trailer from 512 motors in 2022 and also purchased an extended warranty per the advice from the salesman (****). When I arrived to pick up my camper I was told that the office had been broken into the previous day and the keys were missing from several vehicles. I had to wait two hours for a locksmith to rekey the camper. I was also told that they will locate the extended warranty paperwork and mail it to me! I paid $2700 for the extended coverage and its listed on my sales receipt. 3 weeks ago I attempted to contact the company to retrieve my warranty info so I can have some repairs made to my camper that should fall under warranty. Ive received one message from 512 stating that they had seen my calls and were in ******* and they would get me the info on Sunday when they were in the office. Well its been two more sundays since that one and only response from them and I havent received my warranty info or any further correspondence from them. Im starting to feel that this is a legal matter and I need to seek a refund for my extended warranty coverage! *** also contacted my banking institution and theyve instructed me to file former complaints with them and they will notate ************************************************************************* the future!Simply communicating with people would go a long way for customers peace of mind! I would not recommend doing any business with 512 motors and rv sales at all!I would like my entered service warranty refunded in the amount of $2700 plus taxes!Customer Answer

Thank you for following up with my complaint. Today I received several text messages from 512 auto and RV sales to inform me that my extended warranty has expired! 512 never produced any form of the warranty or the company that I purchased the warranty from until today(05/20/2025).
I purchased the camper on 11/22/22 and the warranty that I received a screen shot text message of was dated for 12/08/22. I told the owner of 512 auto that I never received any of this warranty information and he said it was given to me when I purchased the camper. None of this is true and when I purchased the camper I was told by the salesman (****) that all the info I needed would be mailed to me. This was not the case. I also explained to the owner of 512 auto that I never saw the warranty info before or I wouldve signed it which I also never did. The owner of ******* also never signed the agreement as you can see in the picture they sent me today. I am asking for a full refund of the extended warranty that I never received before Recieving an expired text message of the warranty until today. I also explained to the owner that I couldnt have left with this paperwork cause it was dated for 2 weeks after I left the car lot with the 3 pages I sent you and the owner in my previous complaint.
Im including the picture the owner sent me today along with some of the messages they left me.Initial Complaint

The dealer failed repeatedly to provide temporary trip permits in place of a license plate. Dealer also failed to submit the paperwork for license and registration for more than 45 days. It has been two months and according to the state department of licensing, no paperwork has been filed to provide license and registration for the vehicle, which I purchased March 30, 2024. The dealer has also failed to provide the necessary trip permits to be able to legally operate the vehicle. Additionally, the motorhome I purchased was sold with the dealer, assuring me, and several witnesses that there were no leaks or water damage in the vehicle, the brakes on the vehicle were good, and that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. I have subsequently found there was floor and wall damage, which had to be removed and repaired due to a water leak. When I drove the vehicle home from the dealership, a 4 foot high window fell into a window track, which was the only thing that kept it from falling right out of the vehicle. Additionally, the brakes had to be replaced and repaired, and there were multiple other issues issues with the vehicle, including broken, waterlines..This dealer has ****** lied directly to me by assuring me that paperwork has been filed, even though Ive checked with the department of licensing and they say it has not. Im sure I am not the only person to have reported this dealership as basically a scam RV Lot.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because:They caused more damage beyond the "As is" and effectively vandalized my rv. Also the "As is" was not applicable due to being lied to by the ad and salesman. I bought a non water damaged, no leaks, all facilities work 1996 rv. What I got was a mostly broken, leaking, water damaged 1994 rv.
Which they damaged further after "fixing" it.
Sincerely,

We bought it with very little water damage, ***********" .during the time 512 had the rv for repairs, the water damage increased to a point where the leaks were not concerning. I could have tarpped and sealed it myself, reducing the water damage.Initial Complaint

He then called before Christmas and said he needed the take picture of VIN for the state.A week later he calls with same request.
