    On November 27, 2024, we hired Premier Junk Removal LLC to transport a wood burning stove from our house to a recycling facility. We paid $206.00 for this service. They failed to deliver the wood stove to the recycling facility. We tried several times to have the stove delivered, but Premier Junk Removal LLC always had an excuse for not showing up. After several attempts, they tried to charge us $150.00 for completing the delivery they had already been paid for. They refused to return the stove. They refused to complete the job, but won't return my stove or the money we've already paid. They haven't returned our messages. I'm pretty sure we've been scammed.

    I never did any transaction with *****. It was her husband, *****, that I was In Contact with the whole time. 

    11/27 He called me and asked if I could remove a wood burning stove from his home. I said it would cost $200, he agreed. Once I got it into my trail to haul off, he asked me if I could take it to Calbag Metals in ****. I told him that it was way out of my way and why he wanted it taken there. He then responded and said that he would receive a $500 credit for it. I told him that if I was going to take it there that it would have to be another day and he told me that was all good. 12/1/24 I told ***** that I was going to take it to ****** for him, he told me that Id just need to provide his name and they would take care of the rest. I arrived at ****** at approximately 12:52pm only to have the gentleman at the scale tell me that ***** himself had to be there to provide all the paper work in order for him to receive the $500 credit. I then called ***** and ask him if he could come meet me there and I was willing to wait 30 minutes so he can get the $500. HE SAID I CANT LEAVE WORK, JUST GO AHEAD AND RECYCLE IT. I said sounds good **** Sorry about that, he said no problem. I kept the stove in my trailer and later dropped in my pile of scrap metal because there was a line built up now and I had other jobs to do.

    I went out of my way to take the stove once, and wasnt going to drive another 40 miles round trip for free after I had already done a favor. 

    This seems like nothing more than a money grab by ***** ***** who had nothing to do with the transaction at all.
