    So car pros *** lied to me and had me sign paperwork saying that they were gonna pay the bank back the car loan that they tried financing me through but hasnt followed through with that and the bank is still billing me

    I have taken my car to get the m ** fixed since April of 2022 they keep on claiming there is nothing wrong with the *** until March after I took it back again they were able to discover the ** pump was broken, and they needed to order the part which will take over 5 to 7 days to get there and then they need to install it. I was able to get my car back in early July 6th of 2022 the ** stopped working again! I contacted the service manager ******* again and he said he wouldn't be able to get me in until July 26th. I have waited patiently without an ** and I reached out to him today as he never reached me yesterday as he promised and he send me a text saying he figured I did not need the service anymore! The lack of unprofessionalism and noncommunication is extremely poor. I have filed complaint after complaint with *** directly and they say they are looking into it. at this point I just want someone to reach out to them and see why they have not been able to accommodate me since April of this year to fix this issue.

    We are aware of *** issue with her vehicle, and we are more than happy to fix her car.  *** called in the beginning of July, and we where ready to accommodate her and get her vehicle in within a couple of days  That wouldn't work for *** as she insisted that she needed a Rental vehicle.  She was advised that we currently don't have any at this time due to the fact that other customers are in them, and we have a waiting list.  I offered to give her a Uber ride, to look at the vehicle why she waits and all where not acceptable.  So the fact is that we did offer to get her vehicle in at looked at when she first communicated that her a/c was not working again.  We scheduled her for the 21st but we had a miscommunication and she thought it was the 26th.  I contacted *** by text and apologized to her and took full blame for the miscommunication.  I have her set up for a emergency rental as soon as on gets back we will get her into one and look at her car.  We are currently estimating a car back by 8/1.

    *********************************** this is totally not true! They never offered any Uber ride north even mention this to me at all! Now that I have filed this complaint they are trying to rectify their lack of communication. There is no need to LIE and say they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my concerns! I also do pibe in ******* and I drive to Tacoma to get my car services, so how is an Uber ride be suitable for me ? 

    please be advised that I do not tolerate lies and I am more than willing to move forward with alternative measures if they continue to lie and say they try to communicate with me on July 21st.

    We currently have *** *** in our shop working on it to fix the A/C issue.  *** is in one of our rentals while the vehicle is being repaired.  We have replaced the a/c line and now testing system for any leaks.  We will contact *** when *** is ready to be delivered.

    Car pros *** has been giving me nothing but broken cars that Im financing and the car Im currently financing has a broken and leaking gas tank and they wont fix it or give me a refund for the full amount of the car or a new better car
