    I went to buy a car, I was referred to a particular sales person, by longtime friends. It was the worst experience dealing with the salesperson. He was conning and didn't listen to what I wanted, and yes I'm female. His agenda was to sell overstocked vehicles. He ruined my chance by being *** and overbearing. If they think that is good customer service, it shows how they are all connected. Turn a blind eye. He hustled me a new car, when I requested a suv, he groped and prodded my choices, he took my down payment. I ended up bringing back the vehicle. To then not getting what I told him I wanted the second time. When I returned the first car, a lady came in with the same car. She walked into the dealership saying "Don't no one buy anything from Him"Him was the salesman that got me as well. As she and I conversed it was the writing on the wall. He was a wolf in sheeps clothing. The staff huddled ducked and dodged, as he played the part of team player. It was really hurtful and I emailed ***** *. The whole experience was so demeaning and calculated. After I stopped kicking myself and feeling made a fool of, I see this as a life ****** and blessings for me to come. I originally bought my first new car there over 15 years ago. This time was unpleasant and changed my take on Car Pros and who they cherish to interact with customers and sell cars. He also swindled the people who referred me to him. This time it was a man. He sold him a brand new car, that wasn't the choice they actually wanted. They kept the vehicle and exchanged it within months of purchasing it.

    I bought a 2021 Sorrento LX on November 03 2022. Three weeks later the vehicle completely shut off while Im driving on the free way this can cause my life. Contact them about the car, *** told to drive it in or towed to the *** pro shop. Towed in on **********. Got a call from *********** next day stated he will take a look at it and will give me a call back, asked them for a rental for me to drive while my car is in shop and he said nothing available, which is a lie. I didnt have a car for TWO days. I call them numerous times no answer, I left numerous voicemails no one return my calls. I phone my brother and asked for help. We explained the reason why were there and wanted to know why they didnt provide a car for me to drive while my car still in the shop. It takes half and hour waiting. They walk around and looked at us. 50 minutes later they finally gave ** a soul rental. From that period of time no calls regarding my car. 12-19-2022 manager came and we discussed the matter, I called today the front desk lady told me the mechanic will give me a call in 15 minutes. No calls. Got the car the same day with an explanation they reset the system and it was low on fuel and they filled in the fuel, so everything is good now. 01-06-2023 the car die again. Call them *** pro Service, schedule an appointment on the same day. Tow it in and asked for a rental, they charge me $100 to hold up the vehicle (rental) told them I was not aware about me paying any fee which is not my fault why the car keep dies on me. They waived the fee. Missed a call from them on 1-10-23 which is a first call from them since the car been towed in. He left a voicemail stating the problem is the batteries it needs a new batteries so they can reset the system and test drive it not until I gave them my consent to buy a $200 plus new batteries to run everything. After they told me everything is perfectly fine with the car. Very disappointed

    I was liking *** until my car got broken into recently and almost gotten stolen... Come to find there's s tiktok challenge going on, aiming only *** and ******* cars because they are very easy to steal. Unfortunately, a few days ago, my car was another car made the list of a number of cars all over the country that has either being stolen or broken into. Both *** and ******* knew about the challenge, but failed to help their customers by at least installing a better security to prevent cars from being stolen such as better alarms, kill switch or installing a push start in car... They also failed to notifying their customers whom owns a *** or ******* the minute they learned about it, nor they aren't really doing much about but staying in silence.

    We were lied to by employees of Car Pros **** We were buying a KIA.SOUL and was told there were 48 mo. At $389 payments. After being there for 5 hours, after we agreed to buy car 8/2/22 to get color delivered that day. We were told we were buying car. When we were doing paperwork the car was delivered. At the end of doing the paperwork was being done we were told that we needed to get a maintenance insurance agreement, She said we needed it since we were leasing the car, this was the first mentioning of a lease. I picked up the paperwork we signed and was leaving yelling they were lying about our leasing the car. One of the salesmen said they were doing us a favor because we were saving lots of money. He even asked if anyone had discussed the lease. No one mentioned the lease until the insurance was brought up. I was given a phone number for *** Varterlan I called him repeatedly over the past 3 days he has not called back or answered text. If Car Pros are treating seniors like this I feel it is a form of abuse. D of l says they can't investigate a business for these actions, DHSH says since we didn't let them take advantage of us they can't investigate. We have dealt with *** since 2013 and have had high respect for them, and recommended them for their honesty. Now I am disappointed for their actions.
