    2 stars only for quality or work, and great price. Yet I will NEVER, EVER use this business again and will stop telling friends and family about how great they are as I have for 45 years. ********* ripped me off on 5/14/24 by doing more work on my car than I specifically asked for! One of the reasons I've also used ONLY ********* for ALL my alignments since 1980 was they are willing to do JUST a front-end or rear-end alignment, whichever you ask for. Apparently that policy has ended without notice. I went in on May 14, 2024 and specifically stated I was there for a FRONT-END alignment. They promptly got my car in the bay since I had an appointment. Within about a half hour, the tech who did the work came in and told me "Okay, everything is fine! Nothing is worn-out or need replaced, so let me just go get a few numbers and you'll be on your way." So I go to the counter and pull out my debit card, ready to pay the posted $67.50 charge. Well, 15 minutes later the guy still did not return! So I looked out into the shop and to my surprise they were doing a REAR WHEEL alignment on my car, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL!!! So my bill ended up $112.95, which was $45.45 MORE than expected. NOT ONE owner, manager or employee offered an apology or price adjustment, they just did their best to cover their tracks of dishonesty by trying to explain WHY they did the rear alignment. As I said, I've taken every car since 1980 to this place, but now that they do work you do not ask for or approve, I will NEVER return! And I will NEVER recommend ********* to ANYONE again! I'm preparing to file a claim in Small Claims Court to get back what I paid for what I did NOT ask for. BEWARE!!! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND SIGN AN AGREEMENT HERE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR WORK YOU DID NOT ASK FOR OR AUTHORIZE! I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure this business tactic is unlawful. NO WONDER they are not BBB accredited!!!
