      We've had our Milgard windows for almost 20 yrs, they are outstanding quality and when we've had a few minor issues they are handled quickly and professionally. Our most recent call was for a window that was hard to open and close, I believe the technician that was sent out was named *****. He quickly replaced the parts and went ahead and did the same for the rest of our downstairs windows since they were all installed at the same time. ********, professional and courteous! One of our best decisions as homebuyers!

      When the Milguard professional got out of that amazing bright ,shiny red Milguard truck, I knew that we were in good hands, and we were not disappointed. **** was professional, on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and executed the repair efficiently and in record time. My husband and I appreciate ********'s responsiveness and excellent customer service, and recommend them highly.

      Very slow to get started--4 months between initial call and completion of service. BUT the service once actually started was excellent. ****** came when he was supposed to, called when he was on his way to the house, arrived with more than just a tape measure. Because this was a warrantee claim, Milgard had the glass sizes and ****** came ready to install. Took him an hour for three different panes, and he worked clean. Very glad to have the job finished.

      Ordered a 20k window/door package for new build. Door was painted and arrived with the paint damaged. Building a new house takes a while in ********** but I had pictures when they were installed. Also had one window arrive with broken spring in one side that was not discovered until they were in use. Filed a warranty claim. They denied the claim on the door! I have no idea why. They did not address the spring replacement. I asked for a reason and for at least a lousy spring that I was willing to install myself and got zero reply. Wont use them in the next build.

      Getting the service call scheduled was a bit cumbersome with quite a bit of back and forth, but ultimately the technician was extremely courteous and in and out quickly. We had warping from packaging on two window lift rails and Milgard replaced the whole window panel, and didn't just try to correct the warping with a heat gun as we had heard. We're extremely pleased with Milgard all in all and would highly recommend.
