      We had a good experience working with Milgard getting the warranty windows ordered and scheduled. The tech arrived within the scheduled time. He was very professional knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. He was in and out with very little inconvenience.

      The techician was great. Very courteous and fast. However, this was the fourth time we had someone come out to resolve this problem and our request for warranty work was initially denied. It took six additional weeks to get someone to resolve my request.

      I had an 8 year old window that shattered. Making an appointment was easy. On the day of the scheduled service, he had an appointment before mine cancel, and called to see if he could come early. He was on site in a few minutes. Very pleasant; answered all my questions. Removed the shattered window and replaced it all in a very short time. Left my home as clean as he found it. Excellent service. Thank you!

      I had wonderful customer service on the phone when I filed a claim for warranty on the windows, they came out quickly and replaced everything that I needed. Just a great experience from the office to the service person that came out!

      Milgard stood behind their lifetime warranty and replaced windows originally installed 31 years ago at this residence! We were the orginal owners and had the original invoice from an local utility-approved vendor under an energy efficiency and weatherization program in 1993. Milgard windows were (and are) recognized for their durability and energy rating statistics. The new windows were installed with care and professionalism and are beautiful! Cudos to Milgard for honorably standing behind their product warranty!
