      The Milgard tech arrived on time, replaced the defective window and was done in 15 minutes.I am impressed with Milgards efficiency and the fact that they truly honor their lifetime warranty.

      Milgard really makes the whole warranty-claim process easy. I filled out a claim online, uploaded a couple of pictures, and one of their reps called within a couple of days to schedule an appointment to replace my window. When the day came (about 3 weeks from initial contact), the installer was in and out in about half and hour. The new window looks fantastic. I'm very happy I have Milgard windows because they stand behind their warranty!

      The technician called to let me know he was on his way . He was on schedule and arrived ready to replace the defective glass. He was personable and answered any questions I had about replacing the window and got it done without any difficulty and without leaving any mess. I am glad to be a Milgard customer and impressed with the way the company continues to stand behind their products.

      I sent a message to Milgard through their website portal for a window replacement due to broken seal that caused the glass to be cloudy. Though it took a while for them to get the job done, they did it right and the repair serviceman ***** was courteous and professional and replaced the glass quickly.

      The two fellows called and arrived on time. The work was done quickly. They cleaned the replacement windows and cleaned up material from the windows removed. Both men were friendly and knew what they were doing. Milgard's lifetime replacement has been wonderful. My wife and I said today that without the replacement of failed panels the windows would look terrible. Now the windows look as good as when we had the house built 12 years ago. ***********************
