      Service guys were great. However, scheduling warranty service is difficult and takes a long time as I had to wait almost a month for an appointment. The process to arrange was frustrating and not customer friendly...

      Great warranty service. After 19 years my large sliding glass door was getting difficult to open & close. They came out and replaced the **************** It opperates very smooth now. The repairmen were friendly & professional.

      Been wonderful windows. When a window does become compromised, other than the fact that they are very busy, they are ready to come to the house and replace it with no mess, no fuss.****** is a a great employee. He is knowledgeable, thorough and delightful.All done.......Window back to it's shining glory. Good job, Milgard Thanks ****************

      I purchased 20 new Trinsic Windows to replace the older ones in my house. The Trinsic Milgard windows were terrible. The quality and the quality control that was put in these windows scored a 1.5 on a scale of 10. Bad seems, bad locks, the wrong handles, gaps in the construction that left gaps for air to flow freely from the outside, corner joints with sharp edges, caulking squished out from the window panels, the frames were scratched, the handles for opening and closing the windows came off, the window glass and frames came dirty and marked from the factory. The majority of windows had to be worked on by the Milgard 'fixer', a good representative for Milgard, and he even commented on the overall poor quality of this set of windows. I know in the past Milgard stood for something in quality.Not now based on the 20 windows I purchased and had installed.I would caution ANYONE to think twice if not three times if considering Milgard windows for your home and investment to compare to other window brands before you decide.

      Technician was quick and thorough. He even covered the floor to prevent it from getting wet, as it had been raining. He was on time and we are glad we purchased Milgard windows.
