  The service technician was on time and he did the work quickly and the two windows that needed replacing were installed with efficiency. He was courteous and respectful of the property. I was very pleased with the installation.

  We had Milgard windows installed during remodels in **** and ****. We had two "blown" windows where there was condensation between the panes. I was able to read the information from one of the windows and filed an online request. They scheduled the replacement about 3-4 months out, but came at the appointed time and were friendly and professional. When they were here, I asked them about the other window and they scheduled it for replacement, again with some significant lead time. Again, they came as expected and were quick and professional. I consider this extraordinary service for 20+ year old windows.

  We had retrofit Milgard windows put in. After pretty heavy rains noticed leaks in multiple windows throughout our house. Technician came out and tried to tell me its normal for water to come into the house and damage the drywall and window casing when it rains. Said Milgard windows were designed that way. Said it couldve been bad install. Install company blames defective Milgard windows. All Im getting is the run around. I dont want windows that let in so much rainwater that it damages my house. I want them replaced. Its ridiculous.

  I had 10 new double-paned, E glass Milgard doors and windows installed in 2014. Within 5 years, three of them had gone foggy, spotty and streaky on the inside of the glass and Milgard replaced the glass free of charge, since they are under warranty. Soon after, the same thing happened to all three doors. So all of that glass was replaced. I think it's great that they have a good warranty, but clearly there is something very wrong with Milgard's products. The process to get the glass fixed is a pain, too. The burden is on the customer to take pictures and fill out an online form, wait weeks before they get back to you, then wait at least a month before they send someone out to change the glass. The service technicians were great both times, but the whole process is a big pain, and the windows look terrible when they go bad, and really devalue the look of your home and any views you may have enjoyed before. Apparently I can look forward to more of this routine fogging and replacement ordeal in the future. All of my other windows and french doors are JeldWen (installed in 2016), have the same kind of double paned glass, and I've had no problems with them. They are sparkling and beautiful. I can't recommend Milgard.

  Thank you for the excellent service. We appreciate that Milgard honors our lifetime window and doors warranty after 31 years! Milgards service technician, Robert was very nice and very good at making the needed repairs. Great person to work with. ******** from Milgard was also very helpful in arranging this service and sorting out our specific needs in the project review process. Thanks to both of these Milgard employees. We are very happy and again, appreciative of Milgards support and good work. Outstanding effort all around.
