  Great repair service and exceptional warranty, but it took unacceptably long to get through to your customer service and set up a repair appointment. I was on hold for 55 minutes the first attempt, whereupon the service rep must have suddenly hung up on me while we were talking. After 2 more attempts I finally got through and secured an appointment. That appointment was cancelled 3 days before it was supposed to happen. Had to reschedule. The second appointment was kept and ***** did a great job repairing the window.

  No stars ever- The warranty repair is over 6 months late being installed. No one responded for months until I wrote the **************** AG. Even the ****** CEO was non responsive. First attempt in Nov 2022 the replacement window was the wrong size. much later, it was rescheduled for today between 0800-1000. No one had arrived by **** - I called 1800milgard and was informed the schedule was too tight and they would arrive in 15 minutes. 2 guys arrived but no ******* they sad he's at the gas station. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM MILGARD EVER AGAIN. I'M PURCHASING THOU$ANDS OF DOLLAR$ OF WINDOWS FROM PELLA AND THEIR SERVICE IS SUPERB

  Today my new 5 Pella windows were installed. The two gentlemen were polite, professional and very efficient. I stand by my original comments re: Milgard experience

  Once I filled out the online service request form, I was called and an appointment was booked in a timely fashion. The technicians arrived and replaced two windows that were in need of replacement from fogging. It was covered under the warranty and the installers were done in less then an hours time. They were very professional and polite. I was very happy with the service! It is so nice to have such nice people show up and make your day!

  The technicians were wonderful!!! Friendly and fast. However, the ordering of the glass, and reordering 2 or 3 times was so frustrating! The lack of communication between the home office and ** was very disappointing. We had our install scheduled 3 times before the the technicians actually came. We even got emails 2 days prior saying we were on the schedule. Evidently, our glass kept being sent to another project or something. We would get up early and move furniture around, wait the full 2 hour time period and then it would be a no show. This is a huge problem for people missing work. I would give the technicians a 5 star, but the process in general a 2 star.

  It took a few months to get a service visit scheduled but it was right before the holidays when I requested it online (and then there's our friend covid, which has just changed the world and how things operate). Once they called me to schedule the service, which they actually gave me an appointment on one of my days off, which was earlier than a day they had originally offered as being available, so that was nice! The service technician arrived early (bonus!) and called prior to to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He was professional and fixed our window latch quickly!

  We had two windows that needed to be replaced and it took us almost a year to get the technician out to the house and only one window was the right side for another wait for a new window. This now makes three windows we have had to replace. I am not sure I would recommend Milgard again.*********************
